Nj\u00eb tregues mbi 0 tregon p\u00ebr nj\u00eb num\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjeve pozitive sesa negative, n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Balanca e p\u00ebrgjigjeve p\u00ebr pyetjen e kontratave porosit\u00ebse ishte negative prej -26.2, q\u00eb tregon se m\u00eb shum\u00eb nd\u00ebrtues presin q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb m\u00eb pak porosi, n\u00eb raport me ata q\u00eb presin rritje. Balanca \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr tre muaj radhazi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bizneseve u b\u00ebhet pyetja: Si i vler\u00ebsoni porosit\u00eb (kontratat porosit\u00ebse) aktualisht? 1.M\u00ebse mjaftuesh\u00ebm (mbi normalen); 2.Mjaftuesh\u00ebm (normal p\u00ebr sezonin); 3.Jo mjaftuesh\u00ebm (n\u00ebn normalen).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ndryshe nga muajt e kaluar, ku pavar\u00ebsisht r\u00ebnies s\u00eb porosive, \u00e7mimet pritej t\u00eb ishin n\u00eb rritje, tashm\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuesit presin q\u00eb tendenca t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb r\u00ebnie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Balanca e pyetjeve p\u00ebr \u00e7mimet vijon t\u00eb mbetet pozitive, me 14 pik\u00eb n\u00eb qershor, por me nj\u00eb tkurrje t\u00eb theksuar n\u00eb raport me muajin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm, kur treguesi ishte 22 dhe shum\u00eb m\u00eb posht\u00eb se nivele prej rreth 30 pik\u00eb n\u00eb mars dhe n\u00eb prill.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Banka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb raportin e fundit p\u00ebr ecurin\u00eb e \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb banesave pohoi se ritmet e rritjes s\u00eb \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb banesave jan\u00eb ngadal\u00ebsuar, sidomos n\u00eb kryeqytet.\u00a0 Indeksi Fischer i p\u00ebrllogaritur nga Banka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb tregoi q\u00eb \u00e7mimi mesatar i banesave t\u00eb shitura gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs u rrit me 11.7% n\u00eb krahasim me gjasht\u00ebmujorin e kaluar dhe me 28% n\u00eb krahasim me nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, rritja vjetore e \u00e7mimeve u ngadal\u00ebsua nga niveli prej 41.7% i raportuar n\u00eb gjasht\u00ebmujorin e par\u00eb 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti p\u00ebr kryeqytetin, tregu shfaqet n\u00eb ngadal\u00ebsim t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm. Indeksi i \u00e7mimeve p\u00ebr shitjet n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb u raportua i pandryshuar ndaj gjasht\u00ebmujorit t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm dhe u rrit me 4.4% ndaj nivelit t\u00eb nj\u00eb viti m\u00eb par\u00eb. Rritja e \u00e7mimeve me baz\u00eb vjetore p\u00ebsoi nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie drastike nga niveli prej 32.6% i gjasht\u00ebmujorit t\u00eb par\u00eb 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Banka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb vler\u00ebson se kontributin kryesor n\u00eb rritjen e vler\u00ebs s\u00eb indeksit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve e ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb rritja n\u00eb vler\u00ebn e indeksit t\u00eb llogaritur p\u00ebr zonat e bregdetit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb krahasim me gjasht\u00ebmujorin e kaluar dhe me nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, vihet re se peshat e transaksioneve p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat \u00e7mimi i blerjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs ka qen\u00eb i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb ose deri n\u00eb 5% m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt se \u00e7mimi i k\u00ebrkuar nga shit\u00ebsi kan\u00eb pesh\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme me gjasht\u00ebmujorin e par\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/monitor.al\/bsh-bregdeti-po-shtyn-ne-rritje-cmimet-e-pronave-frenohet-tirana\/\">https:\/\/monitor.al\/bsh-bregdeti-po-shtyn-ne-rritje-cmimet-e-pronave-frenohet-tirana\/<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>K\u00ebrkesa pritet n\u00eb r\u00ebnie, por nd\u00ebrtimet do vijojn\u00eb me ritme t\u00eb larta <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ndon\u00ebse K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar i Territorit dhe Ujit (KKTU) q\u00eb tashm\u00eb jep lejet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtesat mbi 7 kate, ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb vazhdimisht leje nd\u00ebrtimi p\u00ebr kulla e resorte, nuk ka pasur transparenc\u00eb se sa \u00ebsht\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqja e dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtim n\u00eb 2025-n dhe n\u00eb 5 muajt e par\u00eb t\u00eb 2026-s, pasi INSTAT nuk e raporton at\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb tregues indirekt jan\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurat e larta q\u00eb po mblidhen nga taksat lokale, ku 50-60% e t\u00eb cil\u00ebs vjen nga taksa e ndikimit n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb.
