Rritja e shkall\u00ebs do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb dyfishim t\u00eb detyrimit vjetor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P.sh. p\u00ebr nj\u00eb familje pronare e nj\u00eb apartamenti n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e ish bllokut detyrimi nga 10,278 lek\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aktualisht do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb 20,556 lek\u00eb n\u00eb vit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dyfishim t\u00eb detyrimit me shkall\u00ebn 0.2% do t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha zonat kadastrale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P.sh n\u00eb zon\u00ebn kadastrale 1\/1 (n\u00eb terren p\u00ebrfshihet zonat, si: Kinema \u201cAli Demi\u201d, Fusha e Sportit, fshati Shkoz\u00eb, Depo e Ujit; 1\/2 Poligrafiku, Shkoza, Autotraktor\u00ebt, fshati Shkoz\u00eb, LanaBregas, Linz\u00eb, Sauk) detyrimi vjetor aktualisht \u00ebsht\u00eb 4,626 lek\u00eb n\u00eb vit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Me shkall\u00ebn e propozuar prej 0.2% detyrimi arrin 9,252 lek\u00eb n\u00eb vit. Dyfish nga sa paguhet aktualisht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Si llogaritet aktualisht taksa p\u00ebr apartamentet <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prej muajit gusht 2023 e n\u00eb vazhdim detyrimet e familjeve n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb p\u00ebr taks\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs jan\u00eb shtrenjtuar deri 76% krahasuar me me periudh\u00ebn e m\u00ebparshme. Rritja e detyrimeve erdhi pas hyrjes n\u00eb fuqi n\u00eb fund t\u00eb muajit Korrik 2023 t\u00eb vendimit t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Financave p\u00ebr shtrenjtimin e \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb referenc\u00ebs s\u00eb apartamenteve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Formula n\u00eb fuqi e miratuar q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2018, llogaritjen e taks\u00ebs e mb\u00ebshtet mbi vler\u00ebn e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb. Vlera e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb llogaritet sipas \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb referenc\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb, rritja e \u00e7mimeve fiskale solli automatikisht rritje t\u00eb pages\u00ebs vjetore t\u00eb taks\u00ebs s\u00eb apartamenteve n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn vler\u00eb, pasi taksa e nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs llogaritet mbi vler\u00ebn e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb apo t\u00eb dyqanit. P\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja kategorit\u00eb pushteti vendor e llogarit vler\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs (si p\u00ebr banim dhe p\u00ebr aktivitet tregtar) sipas \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb referenc\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e banimit niveli i taks\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb 0,05% e vler\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr nj\u00ebsit\u00eb tregtare 0,2%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Taksa e nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs nga familjar\u00ebt paguhet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet faturave t\u00eb ujit t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr nj\u00eb familje n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Freskut, detyrimi mujor p\u00ebr taks\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs prej muajin gusht 2023 \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur 198 lek\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb muaj apo\u00a0 41% (sipas krahasimit t\u00eb fatur\u00ebs s\u00eb ujit t\u00eb paguar p\u00ebr muajin korrik dhe gusht 2023). Detyrimi vjetor p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb familje prej 2023 p\u00ebr taks\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb 2,376 lek\u00eb nga 1,680 lek\u00eb q\u00eb paguante m\u00eb par\u00eb (rritja 41%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00ebse shkalla e taks\u00ebs do t\u00eb miratohet 0.2% detyrimi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb familje do t\u00eb dyfishohet. Do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb 4,681 lek\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Si do t\u00eb jet\u00eb formula e re e llogaritjes s\u00eb taks\u00ebs <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Projektligjin e ri p\u00ebr taksimin e pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme rrit si shkall\u00ebt e taksimit edhe formul\u00ebn e llogaritjes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtesat p\u00ebr banim jan\u00eb propozuar intervale nga 0.1% deri n\u00eb 0.2%, nga 0.05% q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aktualisht. Shkalla e taks\u00ebs mes intervaleve t\u00eb propozuara do t\u00eb miratohet nga K\u00ebshilli Bashkiak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Paralelisht me ndryshimin e shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb mtaks\u00ebs propozohet nj\u00eb metodologji e re p\u00ebr llogaritjen e detyrimit, ku p\u00ebr banes\u00ebn e par\u00eb, do t\u00eb zbritet 50% e vler\u00ebs s\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb si e patatueshme.
