Kompanit\u00eb ose konsorciumet e interesuara kan\u00eb afat deri m\u00eb 26 korrik 2026 p\u00ebr t\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar shprehjen e interesit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas dokumentit, kontrata e ardhshme do t\u00eb nis\u00eb me operimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve n\u00eb korridorin Durr\u00ebs\u2013Tiran\u00eb\u2013Rinas, nd\u00ebrsa tenderi pritet t\u00eb hapet n\u00eb tremujorin e kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb vitit 2026. Nisja e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb pasagjer\u00ebve parashikohet n\u00eb tremujorin e kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb vitit 2027.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Operatori q\u00eb do t\u00eb kontraktohet duhet t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb edhe mjetet l\u00ebviz\u00ebse, pra trenat, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb rinj, t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur ose me qira. Dokumenti parashikon p\u00ebrdorimin ideal t\u00eb nj\u00ebsive elektrike, por nuk p\u00ebrjashton mjete t\u00eb tjera, p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat teknike dhe operative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr paket\u00ebn fillestare, sh\u00ebrbimi parashikohet n\u00eb dy linja: Tiran\u00eb\u2013Durr\u00ebs, me gjat\u00ebsi 37.9 kilometra, dhe Tiran\u00eb\u2013Aeroport, me gjat\u00ebsi 15.4 kilometra. N\u00eb dit\u00eb pune parashikohen 44 sh\u00ebrbime n\u00eb linj\u00ebn Tiran\u00eb\u2013Durr\u00ebs dhe 74 sh\u00ebrbime n\u00eb linj\u00ebn Tiran\u00eb\u2013Aeroport. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb rreth 22 \u00e7ifte udh\u00ebtimesh n\u00eb dit\u00eb pune n\u00eb linj\u00ebn Tiran\u00eb\u2013Durr\u00ebs dhe 37 \u00e7ifte udh\u00ebtimesh n\u00eb linj\u00ebn Tiran\u00eb\u2013Aeroport.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dokumenti vler\u00ebson se p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb do t\u00eb nevojiten kat\u00ebr nj\u00ebsi elektrike treni, ose gjasht\u00eb n\u00ebse p\u00ebrfshihen edhe rezervat. Sh\u00ebrbimet fillestare pritet t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb rreth 1.1 milion kilometra trenash n\u00eb vit, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe l\u00ebvizjet bosh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kontrata pritet t\u00eb ket\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatje nga 10 deri n\u00eb 15 vjet, nd\u00ebrsa modeli i parashikuar \u00ebsht\u00eb kontrat\u00eb bruto, ku pagesa p\u00ebr operatorin do t\u00eb bazohet te kilometrat e kryer t\u00eb trenave teksa risku i biletave t\u00eb shitura do t\u00eb mbahet nga institucionet. Mund t\u00eb parashikohen edhe mekanizma bonusi ose penaliteti p\u00ebr cil\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebrin\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, kontrata mund t\u00eb zgjerohet edhe n\u00eb linjat Tiran\u00eb\u2013Hani i Hotit dhe Durr\u00ebs\u2013Pogradec, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb projekteve t\u00eb modernizimit t\u00eb rrjetit. Sipas dokumentit, linja drejt Hanit t\u00eb Hotit mund t\u00eb hapet n\u00eb vitin 2030, nd\u00ebrsa ajo drejt Pogradecit n\u00eb vitin 2035.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pas mbylljes s\u00eb afatit p\u00ebr shprehjen e interesit, pal\u00ebt e interesuara pritet t\u00eb ftohen n\u00eb nj\u00eb workshop konsultimi n\u00eb tremujorin e tret\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2026.
