Q\u00eb nga maji \u00ebsht\u00eb e aksesueshme n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja korsit\u00eb. Do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb brenda afatit, brenda dat\u00ebs 23 qershor do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i p\u00ebrfunduar. \u00cbsht\u00eb shtuar nj\u00eb rrethrrotullim q\u00eb u konsiderua i nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr komunikimin e banor\u00ebve dhe bizneseve n\u00eb dy an\u00ebt e rrug\u00ebs,\u201d<\/em> u shpreh ministri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sa i p\u00ebrket ur\u00ebs s\u00eb Bah\u00e7all\u00ebkut, Karaka\u00e7i sqaroi se niveli i lart\u00eb i lumit ka ndikuar n\u00eb ritmin e punimeve, por projekti pritet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb brenda muajve n\u00ebntor-dhjetor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cBrenda muajit n\u00ebntor-dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2026, ura e Bah\u00e7all\u00ebkut \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrfunduar. Lumi ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe ka qen\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb punohet,\u201d<\/em> deklaroi ai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ministri b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur gjithashtu se punimet n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e Dukagjinit jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar dhe kolauduar gjat\u00eb vitit 2025, sipas afateve t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lidhur me ur\u00ebn e Matit, Karaka\u00e7i tha se jan\u00eb kryer nd\u00ebrhyrje p\u00ebr forcimin e struktur\u00ebs dhe se projekti p\u00ebr riasfaltimin e saj do t\u00eb nis\u00eb n\u00eb vjesht\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cUra e Matit ka pasur nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebt e ur\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb mos kishim rrezik. Ajo ur\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e projektit t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore p\u00ebr riasfaltimin n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi. Riveshja me asfalt e asaj ure besoj duhet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb n\u00eb muajin shtator,\u201d<\/em> tha ai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, p\u00ebr ur\u00ebn e Lezh\u00ebs, ministri siguroi se situata po monitorohet vazhdimisht nga grupet teknike n\u00eb terren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb nga temat kryesore t\u00eb interpelanc\u00ebs ishte edhe segmenti Milot-Balldren, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin Karaka\u00e7i pranoi se ka pasur nj\u00eb vones\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e koncesionimit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cFituesi duhet t\u00eb kishte dal\u00eb brenda dat\u00ebs 20 maj. K\u00ebrkoj shum\u00eb ndjes\u00eb sepse i ndiej ato dy jav\u00eb t\u00eb humbura.
