Agjencia e Ushqimit dhe Veterinaris\u00eb (AUV) ka konfirmuar pranin\u00eb e s\u00ebmundjes Lija e Deleve\/Dhive (Sheep Pox\/Goat Pox) n\u00eb nj\u00eb ferm\u00eb t\u00eb deleve n\u00eb fshatin Delloc, Komuna e Suharek\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Sipas AUV-s\u00eb, mostrat e marra dhe t\u00eb analizuara n\u00eb Laboratorin e Ushqimit dhe Veterinaris\u00eb kan\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar pranin\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj s\u00ebmundjeje. Menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas konfirmimit, ekipet e AUV-s\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me veteriner\u00ebt privat\u00eb dhe akter\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb relevant\u00eb, kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb masat e nevojshme p\u00ebr kontrollimin e situat\u00ebs dhe parandalimin e p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjes, raporton RTK.<\/a><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Bazuar n\u00eb Ligjin Nr. 2004\/21 p\u00ebr Veterinarin\u00eb, Ministria e Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, Pylltaris\u00eb dhe Zhvillimit Rural p\u00ebrmes Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Ushqimit dhe Veterinaris\u00eb ka vendosur masat e p\u00ebrgjithshme p\u00ebr kontrollin, parandalimin dhe luftimin e s\u00ebmundjes Lija e Deleve\/Dhive n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Masat zbatohen n\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa var\u00ebsisht nga situata ato mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas vendimit:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ndalohet l\u00ebvizja e deleve dhe dhive nga fermat, tregtimi n\u00eb tregje dhe shitblerja e tyre;<\/span><\/p>\n

Fermat ku konfirmohet s\u00ebmundja vendosen n\u00eb izolim dhe karantin\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb, me ndalim t\u00eb hyrje-daljeve;<\/span><\/p>\n

Fermer\u00ebt obligohen q\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do ndryshim t\u00eb gjendjes sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb kafsh\u00ebve t\u00eb njoftojn\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb veterinerin;<\/span><\/p>\n

Praktikat veterinare obligohen t\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb protokollet veterinare p\u00ebr parandalimin dhe luftimin e s\u00ebmundjes;<\/span><\/p>\n

Fermer\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb aktivizojn\u00eb masat e biosiguris\u00eb n\u00eb fermat e tyre;<\/span><\/p>\n

Komunat duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb lokacionet p\u00ebr groposjen e kafsh\u00ebve t\u00eb ngordhura;<\/span><\/p>\n

AUV do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb hulumtimin epidemiologjik, marrjen e mostrave dhe testimet laboratorike.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrjashtimisht, lejohet l\u00ebvizja e kafsh\u00ebve nga fermat e lira nga kjo s\u00ebmundje deri n\u00eb thertore t\u00eb licencuara, me p\u00eblqimin paraprak t\u00eb inspektorit veterinar t\u00eb AUV-s\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Po ashtu, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb menaxher\u00ebt e tregjeve obligohen t\u00eb pezullojn\u00eb tregtimin e deleve dhe dhive, nd\u00ebrsa Policia e Kosov\u00ebs dhe organet komunale do t\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrin zbatimin e masave n\u00eb koordinim me AUV-n\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Masat hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi menj\u00ebher\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lija e deleve dhe dhive \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje virale shum\u00eb ngjit\u00ebse q\u00eb prek delet dhe dhit\u00eb. Ajo shkaktohet nga nj\u00eb virus i familjes Capripoxvirus dhe konsiderohet nd\u00ebr s\u00ebmundjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda p\u00ebr k\u00ebto specie.<\/span><\/p>\n

Simptomat p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb temperatur\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, humbje oreksi, plog\u00ebshti, rrjedhje nga hunda dhe syt\u00eb, lezione n\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00eb, v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb frym\u00ebmarrje, si dhe n\u00eb disa raste diarre dhe dob\u00ebsim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n

S\u00ebmundja transmetohet p\u00ebrmes kontaktit t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb me kafsh\u00eb t\u00eb infektuara, sekrecioneve dhe mjedisit t\u00eb kontaminuar.<\/span><\/p>\n

AUV thekson se kjo s\u00ebmundje nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zoonotike, nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebn rrezik p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e njer\u00ebzve dhe nuk transmetohet nga kafsha tek njeriu.<\/span><\/p>\n
