Gjykata Administrative e Lushnj\u00ebs ka pranuar padin\u00eb e Partis\u00eb Demokratike, duke vendosur rikthimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm n\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebshilltares s\u00eb djatht\u00eb n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin Bashkiak t\u00eb Sarand\u00ebs, Edlira Gjidede. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mandati i saj ishte nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb me votim nga mazhoranca lokale, nj\u00eb vendim q\u00eb opozita e ka konsideruar q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim si t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm dhe politik.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lajmi u b\u00eb i ditur nga deputetja dhe drejtuesja politike e PD-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Sarand\u00ebn, Ina Zhupa, e cila ishte e pranishme n\u00eb ambientet e gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb bashku me k\u00ebshilltaren Gjidede. <\/span><\/p>\n

Zhupa sqaroi se ky konflikt kishte nisur q\u00eb prej muajit tetor t\u00eb vitit 2024, me pretendimin e K\u00ebshillit Bashkiak se pozicioni i Gjidedes si edukatore n\u00eb kopshtet e qytetit krijonte papajtueshm\u00ebri me funksionin e saj elektoral.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrpara se t’i drejtohej rrug\u00ebs gjyq\u00ebsore, opozita kishte siguruar konfirmime zyrtare nga institucionet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb konfliktit t\u00eb interesit.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Ne shkuam te Komisioni Shtet\u00ebror i Zgjedhjeve, shkuam n\u00eb ILDKPI, t\u00eb dyja institucionet prodhuan shkresa zyrtare q\u00eb nuk kishte papajtueshm\u00ebri t\u00eb mandatit dhe konflikt interesi. Mir\u00ebpo patronazhist\u00ebt n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin Bashkiak t\u00eb Sarand\u00ebs nuk pyet\u00ebn p\u00ebr shkresa shtet\u00ebrore dhe prap\u00eb se prap\u00eb ia hoq\u00ebn mandatin. Ne u detyruam t\u00eb vinim t\u00eb b\u00ebnim nj\u00eb betej\u00eb ligjore n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Administrative n\u00eb Lushnj\u00eb,”<\/i> \u2013 sqaroi deputetja e PD-s\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zhupa vler\u00ebsoi pun\u00ebn e ndjekur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces nga avokati Marash Logu, duke n\u00ebnvizuar se ky vendim gjykate nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb fitore personale, por nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e angazhimit t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur me \u00e7do kusht dhe deri n\u00eb fund vot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb mbyllje t\u00eb deklarat\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, deputetja njoftoi se Edlira Gjidede do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e pranishme q\u00eb n\u00eb mbledhjen e ardhshme t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Bashkiak p\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar opozit\u00ebn e saj, nd\u00ebrsa l\u00ebshoi edhe nj\u00eb mesazh elektoral p\u00ebr sfidat e ardhshme politike n\u00eb qytetin jugor.<\/span><\/p>\n
