Vendimi do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi nj\u00eb dit\u00eb pas shpalljes zyrtare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Legjislacioni u propozua nga qeveria e udh\u00ebhequr nga kryeministri Peter Magyar, i cili tha se vazhdimi i pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb GJNP \u00ebsht\u00eb i nevojsh\u00ebm \u201cp\u00ebr ruajtjen e paqes dhe siguris\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut\u201d, si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr krimet e r\u00ebnda nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Qeveria e m\u00ebparshme kishte njoftuar largimin e Hungaris\u00eb nga GJNP-ja n\u00eb prill t\u00eb vitit 2025, pas vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb kryeministrit izraelit Benjamin Netanyahu n\u00eb Budapest.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, gjykata kishte l\u00ebshuar urdh\u00ebr-arresti ndaj Netanyahut p\u00ebr krime t\u00eb dyshuara lufte dhe krime kund\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimit.
