Ndarja e vjet\u00ebr nuk arriti t\u00eb sjell\u00eb autonomin\u00eb fiskale dhe kompetencat e premtuara p\u00ebr pushtetin vendor, nd\u00ebrsa prodhoi thellim t\u00eb pabarazive mes bashkive. Kush ishte bashki e varf\u00ebr u b\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e varf\u00ebr,&#8221;<\/i> \u2013 deklaroi Bo\u00e7i gjat\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb tij hap\u00ebse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00ebnkryetari i PD-s\u00eb solli shifra konkrete p\u00ebr t\u00eb ilustruar argumentin e tij se ndarja e hart\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb 61 bashki nuk u b\u00eb mbi kritere administrative, por thjesht p\u00ebr interesa elektorale t\u00eb mazhoranc\u00ebs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ai b\u00ebri nj\u00eb krahasim mes Qarkut t\u00eb Dibr\u00ebs dhe atij t\u00eb Gjirokastr\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar pabarazin\u00eb sipas tij absurde t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb bashkive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">&#8220;Dibra ka rreth 150 mij\u00eb banor\u00eb dhe vet\u00ebm 4 bashki, nd\u00ebrsa Gjirokastra me m\u00eb pak banor\u00eb ka 7 bashki. Kjo tregon se reforma nuk ishte administrative-territoriale, por politike.
