E kam th\u00ebn\u00eb edhe her\u00eb t\u00eb tjera se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm mbrojt\u00ebs i elitave tona p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur llogaridh\u00ebnien dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb justifikuar d\u00ebshtimet e tyre n\u00eb udh\u00ebheqje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga kjo narrativ\u00eb, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia duhet t\u00eb zhvendoset tek ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb mjetet, fuqin\u00eb dhe detyrimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ndryshimin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb popull nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i keq apo i prapambetur biologjikisht. Njer\u00ebzit i p\u00ebrshtaten rregullave t\u00eb loj\u00ebs. N\u00ebse sistemi nd\u00ebshkon t\u00eb ndershmin dhe shp\u00ebrblen at\u00eb q\u00eb gjen rrug\u00eb t\u00eb shkurtra, njer\u00ebzit do zgjedhin rrug\u00ebn e shkurt\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Problemi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cbrumi\u201d i njer\u00ebzve, por kall\u00ebpi (institucionet) ku ata hyjn\u00eb. Le t\u00eb marrim \u200bshembullin e emigrant\u00ebve. Pse i nj\u00ebjti shqiptar kur shkon n\u00eb Gjermani, b\u00ebhet qytetar i rregullt?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrmendin apatin\u00eb. Ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebse e sheh sot p\u00ebr sot, por apatia nuk vjen nga p\u00ebrtacia, por nga zhg\u00ebnjimi i akumuluar. Kur p\u00ebr 35 vite shikon q\u00eb rotacioni politik prodhon t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat rezultate, populli nuk \u201cfaj\u00ebsohet\u201d pse nuk reagon. Ai ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje mbijetese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nuk mundet populli t\u00eb \u201cvet\u00eb-organizohet\u201d n\u00eb vakum n\u00ebse klasa intelektuale dhe politike nuk ofron nj\u00eb vizion t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb past\u00ebr. Andoni e prek k\u00ebt\u00eb, por mund t\u00eb shkohet edhe m\u00eb tej. Tek ne, jo vet\u00ebm klasa e d\u00ebshtuar politike, por edhe shum\u00eb intelektual\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorin popullin si tabel\u00eb qitje p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshehur faktin q\u00eb ata vet\u00eb jan\u00eb komprometuar me pushtetin p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime personale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00cbsht\u00eb m\u00eb e leht\u00eb t\u00eb thuash \u201cpopulli nuk b\u00ebn\u201d sesa t\u00eb thuash \u201cun\u00eb nuk kam guxim t\u00eb rrezikoj privilegjet e mia p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sjellja shoq\u00ebrore \u00ebsht\u00eb produkt i nj\u00eb investimi afatgjat\u00eb q\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb pushtetin e mendimit dhe mjetet e tjera. N\u00ebse shteti investon vet\u00ebm n\u00eb beton dhe jo n\u00eb edukim dhe kultur\u00eb, rezultati social pas disa vitesh \u00ebsht\u00eb i parashikuesh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nuk mund t\u2019i k\u00ebrkosh dikujt t\u00eb sillet si qytetar evropian n\u00ebse ai rritet n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis intelektual t\u00eb till\u00eb si yni. Populli \u00ebsht\u00eb reaktiv, jo proaktiv. Ai i p\u00ebrgjigjet stimujve q\u00eb i jep sistemi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ndaj le ta heqim \u201cfajin e popullit\u201d nga ekuacioni dhe t\u00eb pushojm\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebrkuari \u201cheroiz\u00ebm\u201d masiv nga njer\u00ebzit e thjesht\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb me mbijetes\u00ebn. T\u00eb fokusohemi te mekanizmat q\u00eb detyrojn\u00eb ndryshimin e sjelljes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I pari \u00ebsht\u00eb radikalizimi i meritokracis\u00eb. Problemi m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb se anti-vlera \u00ebsht\u00eb fitimprur\u00ebse. Kur njeriu i thjesht\u00eb sheh se dikush q\u00eb shkel ligjin pasurohet dhe tjetri mbetet n\u00eb fund t\u00eb rreshtit, ai e racionalizon shkeljen e ligjit si mjet mbijetese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Duhen krijuar ishuj ekselence s\u00eb pari n\u00eb administrat\u00eb dhe institucione ku suksesi varet 100% nga aft\u00ebsia.
