Nj\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i BE-s\u00eb i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebto deklarata, teksa e ka komentuar vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, e cila m\u00eb 24 prill\u00a0i ka d\u00ebnuar tre t\u00eb akuzuarit p\u00ebr sulmin: Bllagoje Spasojevi\u00e7in dhe Vladimir Tolli\u00e7in me burgim t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrsa Dushan Maksimovi\u00e7in me 30 vjet burgim.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sulmi n\u00eb Banjsk\u00eb ndodhi m\u00eb 24 shtator 2023, si pasoj\u00eb e t\u00eb cilit u vra rreshteri i Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Afrim Bunjaku.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebmbim e sip\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb sht\u00ebnave u vran\u00eb edhe tre sulmues serb\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Millan Radoi\u00e7i\u00e7, at\u00ebbot\u00eb n\u00ebnkryetar i List\u00ebs Serbe – partis\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb serb\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, e cila g\u00ebzon mb\u00ebshtetjen e Beogradit zyrtar – mori p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr sulmin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tre t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarit kan\u00eb qen\u00eb\u00a0pjes\u00eb e grupit prej 45 personash\u00a0ndaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebve kan\u00eb ngritur aktakuz\u00eb autoritetet e Kosov\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Radoi\u00e7iqin. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 tre t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarve, pjesa tjet\u00ebr e t\u00eb akuzuarve jan\u00eb n\u00eb arrati.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr autoritetet e Kosov\u00ebs,\u00a0Radoi\u00e7i\u00e7\u00a0ka qen\u00eb “udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi i grupit terrorist” dhe sulmi \u00ebsht\u00eb organizuar nga shteti i Serbis\u00eb. Beogradi, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, i hedh posht\u00eb k\u00ebto akuza.<\/span><\/p>\n

Autoritetet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb i kan\u00eb ndar\u00eb procedurat penale kund\u00ebr Spasojevi\u00e7it, Tolli\u00e7it dhe Maksimovi\u00e7it, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndodheshin n\u00eb paraburgim q\u00eb nga shtatori 2023, nd\u00ebrsa e kan\u00eb hedhur posht\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjykim n\u00eb munges\u00eb p\u00ebr 42 t\u00eb pandehurit e tjer\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Institucionet e Bashkimit Evropian u kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje rregullisht autoriteteve t\u00eb Beogradit q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr sulmin dhe t’i nxjerrin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht thirrjeve nga blloku evropian, Shtetet e Bashkuara dhe NATO-ja, autoritetet n\u00eb Serbi nuk kan\u00eb ngritur asnj\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb, madje as ndaj Radoi\u00e7i\u00e7it i cili besohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb Beograd.<\/span><\/p>\n
