Agjencia e Mbik\u00ebqyrjes Policore ka zbatuar nj\u00eb urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Dib\u00ebr, e cila ka vendosur masa sigurie personale ndaj dy efektiv\u00ebve t\u00eb policis\u00eb, t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr \u201cshp\u00ebrdorim detyre\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Masat e vendosura p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb pezullimin nga detyra dhe ndalimin e daljes jasht\u00eb vendit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me dispozitat e Kodit t\u00eb Procedur\u00ebs Penale. T\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb jan\u00eb dy inspektor\u00eb me inicialet D.S.: nj\u00ebri pjes\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb trafikut urban dhe interurban pran\u00eb Drejtoris\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Dib\u00ebr, dhe tjetri efektiv i rendit publik n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Bulqiz\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vendimi vjen n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb procedimi penal t\u00eb regjistruar gjat\u00eb vitit 2026, q\u00eb lidhet me nj\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb ndodhur m\u00eb 10 mars n\u00eb qytetin e Bulqiz\u00ebs, ku mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb plagosur r\u00ebnd\u00eb tre shtetas. Nga hetimet paraprake ka rezultuar se punonj\u00ebsit e policis\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb zbatuar si\u00e7 duhet detyrimet funksionale q\u00eb rrjedhin nga ligji p\u00ebr Policin\u00eb e Shtetit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Autoritetet b\u00ebjn\u00eb me dije se hetimet jan\u00eb ende n\u00eb vijim, me q\u00ebllim zbardhjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb rrethanave dhe verifikimin e mundsh\u00ebm t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAgjencia e Mbik\u00ebqyrjes Policore (Rajoni Kuk\u00ebs – Dib\u00ebr) ka ekzekutuar urdh\u00ebrin e Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Dib\u00ebr, e cila ka caktuar masat e sigurimit personal \u201cPezullim i ushtrimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb detyre a sh\u00ebrbimi publik\u201d dhe \u201cNdalim i daljes jasht\u00eb shtetit\u201d, parashikuar nga nenet 242 dhe 233 t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb Pr. Penale, ndaj dy punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb policis\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr kryerjen e vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cShp\u00ebrdorim i detyr\u00ebs\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 248 i Kodit Penal.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Nga veprimet e thelluara hetimore ka rezultuar se k\u00ebta punonj\u00ebs policie nuk kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur detyrat funksionale n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr Policin\u00eb e Shtetit.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
