Mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit argumentojn\u00eb se k\u00ebto politika luftojn\u00eb paragjykimet e n\u00ebnkuptuara q\u00eb pengojn\u00eb grupet historikisht t\u00eb disavantazhuara, ndihmojn\u00eb kompanit\u00eb t\u00eb lidhen m\u00eb mir\u00eb me klient\u00ebt dhe zbulojn\u00eb talente t\u00eb fshehura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt thon\u00eb se politikat DEI diskriminojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paligjshme n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb rac\u00ebs dhe stigmatizojn\u00eb individ\u00ebt nga grupet e synuara, edhe kur ata e meritojn\u00eb pun\u00ebn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Q\u00eb nga marrja e detyr\u00ebs vitin e kaluar, presidenti Donald Trump ka k\u00ebrkuar eliminimin e DEI n\u00eb pun\u00ebsimet federale dhe private, si dhe n\u00eb pranimin n\u00eb universitete. Ai pritet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb studim si argument shtes\u00eb. Studimi \u00ebsht\u00eb hartuar nga ekonomist\u00eb, disa prej tyre n\u00eb leje nga akademia, q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb n\u00eb Council of Economic Advisers t\u00eb Trump dhe u publikua t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn si pjes\u00eb e raportit vjetor ekonomik t\u00eb presidentit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Autor\u00ebt shkruajn\u00eb se legjislacioni p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat civile \u00e7oi n\u00eb \u201culje t\u00eb diskriminimit q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyen si nj\u00eb shtys\u00eb p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb amerikane. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, rikthimi i praktikave diskriminuese p\u00ebrmes nismave DEI p\u00ebrmbysi disa nga k\u00ebto p\u00ebrfitime.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Meq\u00eb shumica e kompanive nuk shpjegojn\u00eb qart\u00eb se si p\u00ebrdorin DEI n\u00eb pun\u00ebsim, autor\u00ebt p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn si tregues p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e personave me ngjyr\u00eb, hispanik\u00eb dhe indigjen\u00eb n\u00eb nivelet drejtuese, duke p\u00ebrdorur t\u00eb dh\u00ebna federale sipas industris\u00eb, shtetit dhe vitit. Ata nuk analizuan p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin sipas gjinis\u00eb, orientimit seksual apo origjin\u00ebs aziatike.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Studimi zbuloi se p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi i pakicave u rrit me m\u00eb pak se 1 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindjeje nga viti 2005 deri n\u00eb 2015, por u rrit kat\u00ebr her\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga 2015 deri n\u00eb 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Autor\u00ebt argumentojn\u00eb se DEI \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja m\u00eb e mundshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ndryshim. Ata theksojn\u00eb se n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 2015, McKinsey &amp; Company publikoi studime t\u00eb njohura q\u00eb sugjeronin se kompanit\u00eb me m\u00eb shum\u00eb diversitet gjinor dhe etnik kishin performanc\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb financiare. Pas k\u00ebsaj, shum\u00eb kompani filluan t\u00eb diskutojn\u00eb DEI n\u00eb raportet financiare dhe n\u00eb komunikimet me investitor\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrsa numri i vendeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs t\u00eb lidhura me DEI u rrit ndjesh\u00ebm. Raporti i Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Bardh\u00eb thot\u00eb se pozicioni i \u201cdrejtorit t\u00eb diversitetit\u201d, dikur pothuajse i panjohur, u b\u00eb pozicioni me rritjen m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb n\u00eb nivelet drejtuese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Autor\u00ebt nuk gjet\u00ebn lidhje midis p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb pakicave dhe produktivitetit deri n\u00eb vitin 2015, por n\u00eb vitin 2023 produktiviteti ishte 2.7% m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt n\u00eb industrit\u00eb q\u00eb ndiqnin intensivisht DEI krahasuar me ato q\u00eb nuk e b\u00ebnin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Duke e zgjeruar k\u00ebt\u00eb analiz\u00eb n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar, ata vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb se politikat DEI i kushtuan ekonomis\u00eb amerikane 0.34% t\u00eb prodhimit vjetor n\u00eb vitin 2023, ose mesatarisht 1,160 dollar\u00eb p\u00ebr familje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Megjithat\u00eb, disa aspekte t\u00eb studimit mund t\u00eb ngren\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje mbi p\u00ebrfundimet e tij.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">P\u00ebr t\u00eb identifikuar me siguri ndikimin e DEI, do t\u00eb ishte e nevojshme t\u00eb krahasoheshin kompani q\u00eb kan\u00eb zbatuar k\u00ebto politika me nj\u00eb grup kontrolli q\u00eb nuk i ka zbatuar. Duke mos pasur t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta, autor\u00ebt kan\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb p\u00ebrfundime indirekte, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se rezultatet mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb ndikuar nga faktor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb paidentifikuar. Gjithashtu, kategorit\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorura n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb qen\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb gjera p\u00ebr t\u00eb izoluar efektin real t\u00eb DEI.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shifra prej 1,160 dollar\u00ebsh p\u00ebr familje duket gjithashtu e lart\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fenomen kaq t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u matur dhe supozon se asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nuk ka ndryshuar gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb DEI. N\u00ebse kompanit\u00eb kan\u00eb humbur klient\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre politikave, at\u00ebher\u00eb konkurrent\u00ebt e tyre mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar, duke ulur ndikimin total n\u00eb ekonomi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Edhe studimet q\u00eb pretendojn\u00eb efekte pozitive financiare nga DEI kan\u00eb problemet e tyre. N\u00eb nj\u00eb studim t\u00eb vitit 2024, Jeremiah Green nga Texas A&amp;M University dhe John Hand nga University of North Carolina u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn t\u00eb riprodhonin rezultatet e McKinsey dhe nuk gjet\u00ebn lidhje midis diversitetit dhe performanc\u00ebs financiare.
