Ka nisur seanca plenare n\u00eb Kuvend. Deputetja e PD-s\u00eb, Jorida Tabaku, akuzoi mazhoranc\u00ebn p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb rregullave parlamentare p\u00ebrmes ndryshimeve n\u00eb rregullore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ajo u shpreh se k\u00ebto ndryshime cenojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e opozit\u00ebs dhe ngushtojn\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat e komisioneve q\u00eb drejtohen prej saj.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebn e Kryetar\u00ebve nuk ram\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr kalendarin sepse mazhoranca propozoi t\u00eb prezantohen edhe ndryshimet e rregullores pas zbardhjes nga Kushtetuesja. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Mazhoranca na njoftoi se pret q\u00eb vendimi i GJK t\u00eb zbardhet. Ne nuk dim\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb informacioni ka mazhoranca q\u00eb ne nuk e kemi. Dua t\u00eb njoftoj q\u00eb ndryshimet e rregullores q\u00eb PD i \u00e7oi n\u00eb GJK me nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb Kushtetuese q\u00eb i dha t\u00eb drejt\u00eb opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr shkelje, jan\u00eb rasti m\u00eb flagrant q\u00eb rregullat n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb parlament jan\u00eb shkelur me dy k\u00ebmb\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Ndryshimet\u00a0 e reja t\u00eb propozuara nga PS shkelin t\u00eb drejtat, dhe krijojn\u00eb Komision sikur po ndahen vilajete nj\u00ebri i n\u00ebn\u00ebs, nj\u00ebri i njerk\u00ebs. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00ebse GJK nuk zbardh vendimin ne do vazhdojm\u00eb normalisht. Por dua t\u00eb njoftoj q\u00eb ky diskutim n\u00eb Konferenc\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb sqarojm\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr ne ndryshimet e rregullores t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme , jan\u00eb n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb gjitha parimeve t\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs n\u00eb parlament.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Por me ndryshimet e rregullores, dhe ato t\u00eb reja t q\u00eb mazhoraca ka propozuar edhe\u00a0 hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn q\u00eb kan\u00eb Komisionet q\u00eb drejtohen nga opozita do ngushtohet. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

PD ka propozuar edhe nj\u00eb mocion me debat sa i p\u00ebrket raportit t\u00eb Departamentit Amerikan t\u00eb shtetit dhe ne ende nuk kemi kryer diskutimin p\u00ebr raportin e par\u00eb\u201d,<\/em> tha ajo.<\/span><\/p>\n
