Dor\u00ebzimi i saj u vonua me vite pasi anija rezultoi mbipesh\u00eb dhe kishte nj\u00eb pjerr\u00ebsi prej 1.3 grad\u00ebsh n\u00eb an\u00ebn e djatht\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Anijet e reja do t\u00eb kishin gjat\u00ebsi 166 metra, pesh\u00eb 10,000 ton\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb projektoheshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb det p\u00ebr periudha t\u00eb gjata, sipas specifikimeve t\u00eb marin\u00ebs gjermane. Nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb ky\u00e7e do t\u00eb ishte lufta kund\u00ebr n\u00ebndet\u00ebseve, por dizajni fleksib\u00ebl do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsonte misione t\u00eb ndryshme. N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me standardet e rrepta gjermane t\u00eb prokurimit, k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebrmbanin m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 7,000 specifikime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Procesi i tenderimit zgjati pes\u00eb vjet. Von der Leyen u largua nga ministria e mbrojtjes p\u00ebr n\u00eb Bruksel n\u00eb korrik 2019, gjasht\u00eb muaj para p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb tij.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, dy nga kat\u00ebr ofertuesit kryesor\u00eb ishin t\u00ebrhequr ose eliminuar. Dy t\u00eb mbeturit ishin Damen, nj\u00eb kompani familjare holandeze e themeluar n\u00eb vitin 1875, dhe German Naval Yards, n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb nj\u00eb biznesmeni franko-libanez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Holandez\u00ebt ishin favorit\u00ebt e qart\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, kjo nuk e zbuti tronditjen kur Damen u shpall publikisht si kontraktori kryesor n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen prej 5.3 miliard\u00eb eurosh p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e kat\u00ebr fregatave MKS 180 \u2014 m\u00eb von\u00eb t\u00eb riem\u00ebrtuara F126 \u2014 n\u00eb janar 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Politikan\u00ebt nga veriu i Gjermanis\u00eb reaguan ashp\u00ebr, ashtu si nd\u00ebrtuesit e anijeve dhe sindikatat. Vendimi \u201cpothuajse shkaktoi nj\u00eb revolucion\u201d, thot\u00eb nj\u00eb person i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Megjithat\u00eb, Damen kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb q\u00eb u dukej e mir\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve \u2014 me \u00e7mimin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Kompania gjithashtu premtoi se pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e pun\u00ebs do t\u00eb kryhej n\u00eb kantieret gjermane, me 80 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb fondeve t\u00eb projektit q\u00eb do t\u00eb shpenzoheshin n\u00eb Gjermani.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Damen nisi pun\u00ebn. Projekti ka nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb pah nj\u00eb &#8216;p\u00ebrplasje kulturore&#8217; midis nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb anijeve holandeze dhe gjermane<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dassault Syst\u00e8mes tha se kishte pasur sfida n\u00eb fazat e hershme t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb 3DX, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb performanc\u00eb t\u00eb reduktuar t\u00eb sistemit dhe nd\u00ebrprerje t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit, por nuk kishte kujtime specifike p\u00ebr probleme si ekranet bosh apo pjes\u00ebt e \u00e7elikut t\u00eb deformuara.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Damen tha se problemet me softuerin kishin shkaktuar nj\u00eb reaksion zinxhir n\u00eb procesin e nd\u00ebrtimit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Programi F126 p\u00ebrparoi me vet\u00ebm 20\u201330 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb ritmit t\u00eb planifikuar. Data e dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb fregat\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb u shty nga viti 2028 n\u00eb 2032.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas disa ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb industris\u00eb, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e problemit lidhej me agjencin\u00eb gjermane t\u00eb prokurimit ushtarak n\u00eb Koblenz, e cila ka 13,000 punonj\u00ebs dhe blen \u00e7do gj\u00eb p\u00ebr ushtrin\u00eb gjermane \u2014 nga peshqir\u00ebt dhe sandalet deri te tanket dhe avion\u00ebt luftarak\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proceset e miratimit ishin shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngadalta dhe burokratike. Nj\u00eb d\u00ebrges\u00eb kutish shpejt\u00ebsie p\u00ebr anijet priti rreth 12 muaj p\u00ebr miratim dhe filloi t\u00eb ndryshkej.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Specifikimet gjermane ishin jasht\u00ebzakonisht t\u00eb detajuara.
