Bilanci neto i investimeve t\u00eb huaja direkte ishte negativ (investimet hyr\u00ebse tejkalojn\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm ato dal\u00ebse), p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme prej 1.33 miliard\u00eb eurosh, n\u00eb r\u00ebnie me 0.7% krahasuar me vitin 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Investimet e huaja direkte n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri u rrit\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb pestin vit radhazi n\u00eb 2025 dhe arrit\u00ebn nj\u00eb rekord t\u00eb ri historik. Ato sh\u00ebnuan vler\u00ebn e 1.64 miliard\u00eb eurove, n\u00eb rritje me 3.5% krahasuar me nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Informacioni statistikor p\u00ebr investimet e sip\u00ebrmarrjes ton\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit kufizohen vet\u00ebm n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Bilancit t\u00eb Pagesave dhe nuk ekzistojn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna m\u00eb t\u00eb detajuara p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarjen e tyre gjeografike apo sektoriale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Megjithat\u00eb, dihet q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e grupeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb biznesit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri i kan\u00eb shtrir\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb aktiviteteve t\u00eb tyre edhe jasht\u00eb vendit, si pjes\u00eb e strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb zgjerimit dhe diversifikimit t\u00eb tregjeve. Kjo tendenc\u00eb duket t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb rritje t\u00eb dukshme gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Grupi Balfin ka shtrir\u00eb prej vitesh aktivitetet e lidhura me nd\u00ebrtimin dhe pasurit\u00eb e paluajtshme n\u00eb Austri, Zvic\u00ebr dhe Amerik\u00ebn e Veriut. Grupi Kastrati ka kryer nj\u00eb investim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb sektorin e hoteleris\u00eb n\u00eb SHBA. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, grupe t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb biznesit shqiptar kan\u00eb nj\u00eb prani t\u00eb konsoliduar edhe n\u00eb tregjet rajonale, sidomos n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Bank\u00ebs Qendrore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs japin nj\u00eb informacion p\u00ebr investimet shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, q\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb shteti me p\u00ebrqendrimin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb investimeve shqiptare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shifrat e BQK-s\u00eb tregojn\u00eb se deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb 9-mujorit 2025, stoku i investimeve shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kishte vler\u00ebn e 551 milion\u00eb eurove.
