Sipas Bozdos, nj\u00eb nga shqet\u00ebsimet kryesore lidhet me legalizimin e konceptit t\u00eb \u201cregjistrimit virtual\u201d, q\u00eb sipas tij deri m\u00eb tani ka qen\u00eb i paligjsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cDh\u00ebnia e leht\u00ebsive fiskale p\u00ebr regjistrim virtual \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb q\u00eb Bashkimi Evropian e ndalon, madje e lufton n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet standardit BEPS, t\u00eb OECD\u201d, theksoi ai, duke shtuar se \u00e7do leht\u00ebsi duhet t\u00eb lidhet me aktivitet real, pun\u00ebsim konkret dhe shpenzime t\u00eb verifikueshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Deputeti demokrat ngriti gjithashtu shqet\u00ebsime p\u00ebr rrezikun e marr\u00ebveshjeve jo transparente mes enteve publike dhe kompanive private. \u201cProjektligji hap der\u00ebn plot\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb shitblerjes s\u00eb aksioneve, jo transparente&#8230; gj\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb sjell\u00eb leht\u00ebsisht situata t\u00eb d\u00ebmtimit t\u00eb interesave publike n\u00eb favor t\u00eb interesave private\u201d, u shpreh ai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb lidhje me p\u00ebrfshirjen e qendrave t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb park, Bozdo theksoi se ky sektor k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm ligjor dhe p\u00ebrputhje me direktivat evropiane p\u00ebr energjin\u00eb, sigurin\u00eb kibernetike dhe mbrojtjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave personale. \u201cKy aktivitet nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb Park, sepse m\u00eb par\u00eb duhet t\u00eb rregullohet me nj\u00eb legjislacion t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb\u201d, tha ai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, Bozdo akuzoi qeverin\u00eb dhe kryeministrin Edi Rama p\u00ebr miratim t\u00eb ligjeve pa konsultim dhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me detyrimet ndaj BE-s\u00eb, duke rrezikuar procesin e integrimit. \u201cProcesi i integrimit mbetet pa asnj\u00eb vler\u00eb dhe pa asnj\u00eb kuptim nga veprimet e k\u00ebsaj maxhorance&#8230; P\u00ebr fat shum\u00eb t\u00eb keq, faktet e p\u00ebrditshme tregojn\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn\u201d, u shpreh ai.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deputeti i Partis\u00eb Demokratike, Eno Bozdo, ka denoncuar nga Kryesia e Kuvendit projektin e njohur si \u201cDurana\u201d, duke e cil\u00ebsuar at\u00eb si nj\u00eb nism\u00eb t\u00eb paqart\u00eb, jo transparente dhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me standardet e Bashkimit Evropian.
