Nj\u00eb lit\u00ebr naft\u00eb tregtohej dje n\u00eb mal t\u00eb Zi me 1.57 euro, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri 214 lek\u00eb, ose 2.2 euro me kursin e dit\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Me 2 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri mund t\u00eb blesh 9.3 litra naft\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn shum\u00eb, n\u00ebse e k\u00ebmben merr gati 21 euro dhe blen 13.1 litra, ose 42% m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Diferenca n\u00eb \u00e7mim \u00ebsht\u00eb aq e lart\u00eb sa ia vlen dhe koha e shpenzuar po karburanti i shpenzuar tep\u00ebr p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn deri n\u00eb kufi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Jo vet\u00ebm banor\u00ebt e zon\u00ebs aty rrotull, edhe qytetar\u00ebt e Shkodr\u00ebs e kan\u00eb kthyer Malin e Zi n\u00eb nj\u00eb destinacion t\u00eb preferuar. Ko\u00e7i, s\u00eb bashku me bashk\u00ebshorten \u00e7do dy jav\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb Podgoric\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rrug\u00ebs, ata e mbushin serbatorin plot, por nuk mjaftohen me kaq, b\u00ebjn\u00eb furnizimet me ushqime n\u00eb supermarkete. Nj\u00eb kavanoz kos kushton 1.3 euro, nd\u00ebrsa i nj\u00ebjti n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kushton 70% m\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb. Qum\u00ebshti po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i lir\u00eb, mielli, vaji, produktet e konservuara gjithashtu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mbi t\u00eb gjitha, ata pohojn\u00eb se p\u00ebrve\u00e7se m\u00eb t\u00eb lira, produktet jan\u00eb dhe m\u00eb cil\u00ebsore. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Eurostat tregojn\u00eb se \u00e7mimet e ushqimeve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri jan\u00eb nj\u00eblloj me mesataren europiane (98.7% e mesatares europiane), nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut sa 73% e mesatares europiane dhe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi sa 82.6%. (t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e fundit jan\u00eb p\u00ebr vitin 2024, nuk ka info p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn). \u00a0Qum\u00ebshti, djathi dhe vez\u00ebt kushtojn\u00eb madje 31.5% m\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb se mesatarja europiane.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Askush nuk e ka matur se sa po humb ekonomia shqiptare si rrjedhoj\u00eb e diferencave t\u00eb \u00e7mimit me vendet kufitare, q\u00eb po zhvendosin konsumin si t\u00eb karburantit ashtu dhe t\u00eb produkteve t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb vendet fqinj\u00eb, si Mali i Zi, Kosova dhe Maqedonia e Veriut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ky fenomen potencialisht p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb humbje t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave fiskale, tkurrje t\u00eb konsumit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, presion mbi bizneset vendase dhe nj\u00eb kontribut m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt n\u00eb rritjen e PBB-s\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb transferimit t\u00eb shpenzimeve jasht\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb shqiptare, q\u00eb n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb kishte diferenca \u00e7mimesh do t\u00eb mbeteshin n\u00eb vend.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shoqata e Shoq\u00ebrive t\u00eb Hidrokarbureve llogarit rreth 300 -500 \/ ton\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb naft\u00eb merren nga klient\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb af\u00ebr zonave kufitare. Krahas tyre, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr konsum i humbur prej 120-300 ton n\u00eb dit\u00eb llogaritet nga shtetasit t\u00eb huaj, q\u00eb potencialisht do t\u00eb blinin n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por furnizohen n\u00eb hyrje e dale n\u00eb kufi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shoqata e llogarit k\u00ebt\u00eb konsum t\u00eb humbur me kalimet n\u00eb zona kufitare t\u00eb mjeteve ditore, s\u00eb dyti me numrin e turist\u00ebve e kamion\u00ebve q\u00eb hyn\u00eb e dalin me targa t\u00eb huaja dhe furnizohen. S\u00eb treti, b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb llogaritje me numrin e makinave n\u00eb zonat kufitare dhe konsumin n\u00eb k\u00ebto zona krahasuar me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin num\u00ebr makinash n\u00eb zonat e brendshme, si dhe me infon se sa shesin n\u00eb dit\u00eb pikat e karburantit af\u00ebr kufirit ton\u00eb me tre shtetet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga Ministria e Financave dhe Doganat, konsumi vjetor n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri i karburanteve \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 740 mij\u00eb ton n\u00eb vit, ose rreth 2000 ton n\u00eb dit\u00eb (q\u00eb me \u00e7mimin aktual prej 214 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr lit\u00ebr p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb konsum prej 5.2 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb dit\u00eb).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat vler\u00ebsohet se blerjet e karburantit n\u00eb vendet fqinje jan\u00eb mesatarisht sa 15-25% e totalit t\u00eb konsumit n\u00eb vend.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Duke konvertuar 500 ton n\u00eb litra, me nj\u00eb \u00e7mim mesatar prej 1.5-1.6 euro p\u00ebr lit\u00ebr, llogaritet se nga Shqip\u00ebria po dalin aktualisht rreth 1 milion euro n\u00eb dit\u00eb p\u00ebr blerjen e karburanteve n\u00eb vendet fqinje, ose mbi 350 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb vit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrsa \u00e7mimet m\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjta t\u00eb ushqimeve lidhen me munges\u00ebn e konkurrueshm\u00ebrise dhe var\u00ebsin\u00eb e lart\u00eb nga importi, duke e kthyer ekonomin\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb supermarket t\u00eb madh, p\u00ebr naft\u00ebn, nj\u00eb nga arsyet kryesore lidhet me barr\u00ebn e lart\u00eb t\u00eb taksave q\u00eb paguhet p\u00ebr \u00e7do lit\u00ebr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb total, aktualisht, nj\u00eb shqiptar paguan n\u00eb nj\u00eb lit\u00ebr naft\u00eb 1.16 euro taksa, (53% t\u00eb \u00e7mimit final); nj\u00eb qytetar maqedonas 0.58 euro p\u00ebr lit\u00ebr (36% t\u00eb \u00e7mimit final); nj\u00eb malazez 0.55 euro (35% t\u00eb \u00e7mimit final); nj\u00eb shtetas i Kosov\u00ebs 0.67 euro, ose 38.5% t\u00eb \u00e7mimit final. N\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut dhe n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, ku aktualisht karburanti po tregtohet me rreth 1.6 euro p\u00ebr lit\u00ebr. N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00e7mimi u rrit s\u00eb fundmi n\u00eb 1.7-1.8 euro\/lit\u00ebr, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht 2.2 euro\/lit\u00ebr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb vler\u00eb, sa her\u00eb q\u00eb ble nj\u00eb lit\u00ebr karburant, \u00e7do p\u00ebrdorues makine n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, paguan dy her\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb taksa sesa banor\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, Malit t\u00eb Zi e Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Shteti mund t\u00eb ark\u00ebtoj\u00eb gati nj\u00eblloj, n\u00ebse ul taksat dhe rrit konsumin<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00ebse \u00e7mimet do t\u00eb ishin n\u00eb nivele t\u00eb ngjashme me rajonin, konsumi do t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohej n\u00eb vend dhe do t\u00eb rritej me 25-30%, duke arritur af\u00ebr 1 milion ton n\u00eb vit. Kjo rritje e konsumit, pa dyshim do t\u00eb kompensonte uljen e barr\u00ebs fiskale mbi naft\u00ebn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb 2025-n, me konsumin aktual prej 740 mij\u00eb ton n\u00eb vit dhe \u00e7mim mesatar 175 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr lit\u00ebr, vler\u00ebsohet se shqiptar\u00ebt paguan rreth 1.5 miliard\u00eb euro p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb naft\u00ebn, gjysma e t\u00eb cil\u00ebs jan\u00eb taksa. K\u00ebt\u00eb vit, n\u00ebse taksimi nuk ndryshon dhe konsumi mbetet i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, shpenzimi do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb 1.7-1.8 miliard\u00eb euro n\u00eb vit, me nj\u00eb \u00e7mim mesatar midis 200-214 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr lit\u00ebr, nga i cili shteti do t\u00eb ark\u00ebtonte gjysm\u00ebn (rreth 900 milion\u00eb euro).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00ebse do t\u00eb hiqej psh taksa e qarkullimit, q\u00eb e leht\u00ebson naft\u00ebn me 30 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr lit\u00ebr, psh me nj\u00eb \u00e7mim prej 180 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr lit\u00ebr, konsumi do t\u00eb rritej n\u00eb 2.1 miliard\u00eb euro dhe shteti do ark\u00ebtonte 40%, apo rreth 850 milion\u00eb euro, duke rikuperuar ndjesh\u00ebm humbjen nga heqja e taks\u00ebs s\u00eb qarkullimit.\/<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>Monitor<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Radha e automjeteve \u00ebsht\u00eb shtuar n\u00eb pik\u00ebn e karburantit n\u00eb Tuz, n\u00eb kufi me pik\u00ebn doganore t\u00eb Murriqanit, q\u00eb lidh Malin e Zi me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.
