Nj\u00eb bashkim kompanish nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, franceze dhe spanjolle, ka n\u00ebnshkruar nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb me vler\u00eb rreth 8.8 milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrur rehabilitimin e linj\u00ebs hekurudhore Vor\u00eb\u2013Hani i Hotit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Konsorciumi SAFEGE\u2013EPTISA, i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga SUEZ Consulting dhe EPTISA Servicios de Ingenier\u00eda S.L., do t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet e konsulenc\u00ebs mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebse p\u00ebr projektin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projekti financohet dhe mb\u00ebshtetet nga institucione nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe zbatohet nga Hekurudha Shqiptare(HSH), operatori shtet\u00ebror p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr rrjetin hekurudhor n\u00eb vend. Roli i konsulentit p\u00ebrfshin mbik\u00ebqyrjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb punimeve civile, si dhe t\u00eb furnizimit dhe instalimit t\u00eb sistemeve elektromekanike, duke siguruar p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebrin\u00eb me standardet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, respektimin e afateve dhe kontrollin e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb gjat\u00eb zbatimit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kontrata, e n\u00ebnshkruar n\u00eb shkurt 2026 dhe e publikuar s\u00eb fundmi n\u00eb sistemin e prokurimeve t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs Europiane p\u00ebr Rind\u00ebrtim dhe Zhvillim(BERZH), parashikon nj\u00eb afat deri n\u00eb gusht 2032, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me natyr\u00ebn afatgjat\u00eb dhe shum\u00ebfaz\u00ebshe t\u00eb projektit. P\u00ebrzgjedhja \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb tenderi t\u00eb hapur me dy zarfa dhe parakualifikim, q\u00eb synon t\u00eb balancoj\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin teknik dhe at\u00eb financiar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Linja Vor\u00eb\u2013Hani i Hotit \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e investimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb gjera n\u00eb sektorin hekurudhor shqiptar, me nj\u00eb vler\u00eb totale projekti prej rreth 356 milion\u00eb eurosh, t\u00eb bashk\u00ebfinancuar nga institucione nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebrmes granteve dhe huave. Projekti p\u00ebrfshin rehabilitimin dhe nd\u00ebrtimin e rreth 120 kilometrave linj\u00eb dhe synon integrimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb rrjetin hekurudhor europian TEN-T dhe Korridorin Pan-Europian X.<\/span><\/p>\n

Linja ekzistuese, e nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb disa faza nga vitet 1960 deri n\u00eb 1985, lidh zona urbane p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb ult\u00ebsir\u00ebs per\u00ebndimore dhe kalon deri n\u00eb kufirin me Malin e Zi n\u00eb Han t\u00eb Hotit.
