Kryeministri Edi Rama ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur krijimin e nj\u00eb kompanie t\u00eb re publike n\u00eb ortak\u00ebri me Emiratet e Bashkuara Arabe, e quajtur Alb Trace, e cila do t\u00eb merret me gjurmimin e naft\u00ebs dhe produkteve t\u00eb akciz\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas Ram\u00ebs, kjo kompani do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb teknologji t\u00eb avancuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur \u00e7do sasi nafte q\u00eb hyn n\u00eb tregun shqiptar, me synim eliminimin e evazionit fiskal n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cGjurmimi i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sasive t\u00eb naft\u00ebs q\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb tregun shqiptar do t\u00eb garantohet me nj\u00eb teknologji t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhdukur evazionin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor\u201d<\/em>, u shpreh ai.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kreu i qeveris\u00eb sqaroi se sistemi i ri do t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb metodat ekzistuese, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrdorimin e ngjyruesve p\u00ebr identifikimin e karburanteve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sipas analizave kan\u00eb rezultuar leht\u00ebsisht t\u00eb manipuluesh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rama theksoi se p\u00ebrve\u00e7 gjurmimit, sistemi do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb edhe ndjekjen n\u00eb koh\u00eb reale t\u00eb mjeteve q\u00eb transportojn\u00eb naft\u00eb, nga momenti i hyrjes n\u00eb port deri n\u00eb daljen n\u00eb kufi. <\/span><\/p>\n

Kjo do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb teknologjie q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e dukshme dhe q\u00eb do t\u00eb monitorohet nga nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb e specializuar me akses t\u00eb kufizuar.<\/span><\/p>\n
