T\u00eb ardhurat, sipas Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Financave, jan\u00eb mbi planin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb, me realizim 104.4%, dhe p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb 15.8% t\u00eb planit vjetor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhjen e\u00a0 Performanc\u00ebs Paraprake t\u00eb t\u00eb Ardhurave dhe Shpenzimeve p\u00ebr Janar-Shkurt 2026, ministria shpjegon se pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e t\u00eb ardhurave vjen nga tatimet dhe doganat, q\u00eb kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb 80.8 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, rreth 3.1 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga doganat jan\u00eb mbledhur 33.1 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, ose 91.7% e planit. TVSH-ja n\u00eb import ka sjell\u00eb 21.5 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa akciza 10 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, me rritje prej 561 milion\u00eb lek\u00ebsh ose 5.9%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga renta minerare n\u00eb eksport jan\u00eb mbledhur 234 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa taksat doganore kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb 1.3 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, rreth 100 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, ose 8% rritje, por me realizim 89.8% t\u00eb planit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga administrata tatimore jan\u00eb mbledhur 47.7 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, rreth 3.6 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se n\u00eb 2025, ose 8.2% rritje. Kjo vler\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 1.4 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb mbi planin e k\u00ebsaj periudhe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">TVSH-ja e mbledhur brenda vendit ka arritur n\u00eb 18.5 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, me rritje prej 2.4 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh ose 14.9% krahasuar me vitin e kaluar dhe 10.1% m\u00eb shum\u00eb se plani. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe 1.5 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb rimbursime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb ardhurat nga tatimi mbi fitimin kan\u00eb arritur n\u00eb 7.4 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, rreth 1 miliard lek\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, ose 15.6% rritje. Ky z\u00eb, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb ministris\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe mbi planin, me realizim 112.6%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tatimi mbi t\u00eb ardhurat personale ka sjell\u00eb 14.1 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb n\u00eb buxhet, rreth 522 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb, me nj\u00eb rritje prej 3.8%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7.7 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb jan\u00eb mbledhur nga taksat nacionale, me realizim 94.1% t\u00eb planit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr z\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm jan\u00eb fondet speciale, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb sigurimet shoq\u00ebrore dhe sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore. Nga k\u00ebto fonde jan\u00eb mbledhur 32.2 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, rreth 2.3 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, nj\u00eb rritje prej 7.7% q\u00eb e ka ccuar nivelin e planit t\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb 100.1%<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, shpenzimet publike p\u00ebr dy muajt e par\u00eb t\u00eb vitit kan\u00eb arritur n\u00eb 100.6 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e barazvlefshme me rreth 92% e planit.
