\nPresidenti i Polonis\u00eb, Karol Nawrocki, ka vendosur veto ndaj nj\u00eb projektligji q\u00eb do t\u2019i mund\u00ebsonte vendit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonte rreth 44 miliard\u00eb euro hua nga Bashkimi Evropian p\u00ebr mbrojtjen, duke thelluar p\u00ebrplasjen politike me qeverin\u00eb e kryeministrit Donald Tusk.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projektligji do t\u2019i lejonte Varshav\u00ebs t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonte fonde nga programi Security Action for Europe (SAFE), nj\u00eb nism\u00eb prej 150 miliard\u00eb eurosh q\u00eb synon rritjen e shpenzimeve p\u00ebr mbrojtjen dhe forcimin e industris\u00eb evropiane t\u00eb arm\u00ebve. Sipas planit, Polonia do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonte rreth 43.7 miliard\u00eb euro hua, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesi m\u00eb i madh i k\u00ebtij mekanizmi, p\u00ebrcjell Euronews<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Koalicioni pro-evropian i drejtuar nga Tusk e mb\u00ebshteti fuqish\u00ebm projektligjin, duke argumentuar se huat\u00eb nga BE do t\u00eb siguronin financim t\u00eb favorsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar modernizimin e ushtris\u00eb polake, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur shqet\u00ebsimet p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb jan\u00eb rritur pas pushtimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb Ukrain\u00ebs nga Rusia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas zyrtar\u00ebve, fondet do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoreshin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb projektesh mbrojtjeje, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb forcimin e kufirit lindor dhe investime n\u00eb prodhimin vendas t\u00eb arm\u00ebve.<\/span><\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, Nawrocki, i af\u00ebrt me opozit\u00ebn konservatore, argumentoi se mb\u00ebshtetja te huat\u00eb e BE mund t\u00eb rris\u00eb var\u00ebsin\u00eb e Polonis\u00eb nga Brukseli. Ai ka propozuar q\u00eb investimet p\u00ebr mbrojtjen t\u00eb financohen me burime t\u00eb brendshme, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb fitimet nga rezervat e bank\u00ebs qendrore t\u00eb vendit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vendimi i presidentit u kritikua menj\u00ebher\u00eb nga qeveria. N\u00eb nj\u00eb reagim n\u00eb rrjetin social X, kryeministri Donald Tusk shkroi:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPresidenti humbi mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar si patriot\u201d, duke e cil\u00ebsuar veton si nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb humbur p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar financim nga BE p\u00ebr investimet n\u00eb mbrojtje.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ai njoftoi gjithashtu nj\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb posa\u00e7me t\u00eb kabinetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb shqyrtuar alternativa q\u00eb do t\u2019i lejonin Polonis\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonte nga fondet e programit SAFE.<\/span><\/p>\n

Edhe ministri i Jasht\u00ebm Rados\u0142aw Sikorski kritikoi vendimin, duke paralajm\u00ebruar se bllokimi i k\u00ebtij mekanizmi mund t\u00eb dob\u00ebsoj\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e Polonis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar kapacitetet e saj mbrojt\u00ebse.<\/span><\/p>\n
