Agjencia e Zhvillimit t\u00eb Territorit me n\u00eb krye Adelajda Rok\u00ebn, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Planifikimit t\u00eb Territorit prezantuan Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb panairin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit dhe pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme MIPIM 2026, q\u00eb po zhvillohet n\u00eb Cannes.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb panair, i cili organizohet \u00e7do vit dhe mbledh qindra shtete me tradit\u00eb n\u00eb sektorin e nd\u00ebrtimit dhe \u201creal estate\u201d, prezantohen projektet m\u00eb moderne dhe zhvillimet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb industris\u00eb globale.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb edicion, institucionet shqiptare prezantuan disa projekte t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb po zbatohen n\u00eb vend, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb komplekse banimi dhe resorte turistike, t\u00eb cilat synojn\u00eb t\u00eb afrojn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb me standardet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb sektorin e nd\u00ebrtimit dhe t\u00eb pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme.<\/span><\/p>\n

Drejtoresha e Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Zhvillimit t\u00eb Territorit, Adelajda Roka, u shpreh se pavijoni shqiptar ka t\u00ebrhequr interes t\u00eb madh nga vizitor\u00ebt dhe profesionist\u00ebt e fush\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb panair jan\u00eb paraqitur rreth 100 projekte, ku secili projekt ka karakteristikat e veta, zon\u00ebn ku zhvillohet dhe ajo q\u00eb vlen p\u00ebr t\u2019u theksuar \u00ebsht\u00eb prezenca e arkitekt\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb vet\u00eb n\u00eb stend\u00eb dhe n\u00eb pavijon. Un\u00eb them se pavijoni shqiptar mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb vizituarit, kjo jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr arkitektur\u00ebn t\u00ebrheq\u00ebse por p\u00ebr gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb mbart brenda.
