Aktualisht operator\u00ebt po furnizohen me \u00e7mim 187 lek\u00eb me TVSH. \u00c7mimi p\u00ebr gati 1 jav\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur 42 deri 45 p\u00ebr lit\u00ebr me TVSH.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShoqata Komb\u00ebtare e Transportit Qytetas dhe Shoqata e Transportit Urban dhe Interurban d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb sjell\u00eb n\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen tuaj nj\u00eb problematik\u00eb shum\u00eb serioze q\u00eb po prek aktualisht operator\u00ebt e transportit publik dhe q\u00eb lidhet drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me rritjen e ndjeshme t\u00eb kostove operative, kryesisht t\u00eb karburantit. Transporti publik p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim me interes t\u00eb lart\u00eb publik dhe nj\u00eb element t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb funksionimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs urbane dhe interurbane. Operator\u00ebt q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim p\u00ebrballen \u00e7do dit\u00eb me nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb kostosh operative, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat karburanti p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb nga z\u00ebrat kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb shpenzimeve.<\/p>\n<p>Nga analiza e faturave t\u00eb furnizimit me karburant t\u00eb operator\u00ebve t\u00eb transportit publik rezulton se \u00e7mimi i naft\u00ebs ka p\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb ndjeshme gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Konkretisht, nga faturat e furnizimit rezulton se para fillimit t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve, \u00e7mimi i furnizimit me naft\u00eb p\u00ebr operator\u00ebt ka qen\u00eb rreth 145 lek\u00eb\/lit\u00ebr. N\u00eb faturat m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit, \u00e7mimi i furnizimit rezulton me nj\u00eb rritje nga 45-50 lek\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Duke pasur parasysh se operator\u00ebt e transportit publik kryejn\u00eb furnizime t\u00eb tilla disa her\u00eb n\u00eb muaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar aktivitetin e p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm urban\u00eb\/interurbane, kjo rritje p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb rritje shum\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme t\u00eb kostove mujore dhe vjetore t\u00eb operimit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb nga Shoqata Komb\u00ebtare e Transportit Qytetas k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb t\u00eb merren masa nga institucionet p\u00ebr nisjen e subvencionimit apo kompensimit p\u00ebr \u00e7mimin e naft\u00ebs p\u00ebr operator\u00ebt e transportit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cP\u00ebr sa m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb nga institucionet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse:<\/p>\n<p>1. Vler\u00ebsimin e situat\u00ebs s\u00eb krijuar dhe ndikimit q\u00eb rritja e \u00e7mimit t\u00eb karburantit ka n\u00eb kostot e operimit t\u00eb transportit publik.<br \/>\n2. Shqyrtimin e mund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb aplikimit t\u00eb mekanizmave kompensues ose subvencionues p\u00ebr karburantin e p\u00ebrdorur nga operator\u00ebt e transportit publik.<br \/>\n3. Vler\u00ebsimin e mund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb subvencionimit t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb t\u00eb karburantit p\u00ebr sektorin e transportit publik ose krijimin e nj\u00eb mekanizmi t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim publik\u201d, theksohet n\u00eb let\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2022, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shtrenjtimit t\u00eb \u00e7mimit t\u00eb naft\u00ebs nga nisja e luft\u00ebs Ukrain\u00eb-Rusi, qeveria vendosi rimbursimin me 100 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr lit\u00ebr p\u00ebr naft\u00ebn e shpenzuar p\u00ebr muajt gusht-shtator-tetor p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb e transportit. Kjo mas\u00eb nisi t\u00eb zbatohet nga 1 N\u00ebntori 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo ishte paketa e dyt\u00eb antikriz\u00eb q\u00eb u zbatua n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb sektorit. E nj\u00ebjta paket\u00eb u p\u00ebrdor p\u00ebr rimbursimin e naft\u00ebs p\u00ebr muajt mars-prill-maj 2022. Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr muajt qershor dhe korrik transporti urban n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi vuajti shtrenjtimin e kostove nga rritja e \u00e7mimit t\u00eb naft\u00ebs, pasi mungoi subvencionimi.
