M\u00eb her\u00ebt, burime nga mazhoranca kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb me dije se votimi p\u00ebr imunitetin e Ballukut mund t\u00eb zhvillohej n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e 5 marsit, por \u00e7\u00ebshtja nuk figuron n\u00eb agjend\u00ebn zyrtare t\u00eb publikuar nga Kuvendi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nga ana procedurale, n\u00ebse Kuvendi nuk mban nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim brenda tre muajve nga depozitimi i k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs nga Prokuroria e Posa\u00e7me, ajo konsiderohet e rr\u00ebzuar automatikisht. Sipas rendit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs t\u00eb miratuar me urdhrin e Kryetarit t\u00eb Kuvendit, Niko Peleshi, seanca p\u00ebrfshin miratimin e procesverbalit t\u00eb seanc\u00ebs s\u00eb kaluar, njoftime, dy seanca pyetje\u2013p\u00ebrgjigje me ministrat p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, si dhe shqyrtimin e disa projektligjeve, mes tyre ndryshime n\u00eb ligjin p\u00ebr sistemin arsimor parauniversitar, ratifikimin e nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje huaje me KfW p\u00ebr programin \u201cInfrastruktura bashkiake V \u2013 faza II\u201d, projektligjin p\u00ebr Agjencin\u00eb e Mbik\u00ebqyrjes n\u00eb Sistemin e Ekzekutimit t\u00eb Vendimeve Penale, si dhe ndryshime n\u00eb ligje q\u00eb lidhen me kontrollin e mallrave ushtarake, taksat komb\u00ebtare dhe financat e vet\u00ebqeverisjes vendore.<\/span><\/p>\n
