Shehaj iu drejtua ministres Delina Ibrahimaj, duke e akuzuar se projekti i prezantuar si Park Virtual Teknologjik \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb rezultat i nj\u00eb strukture ku sipas tij marrin pjes\u00eb emra t\u00eb lidhur me kompani dhe individ\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur n\u00eb hetime. Ai tha se ky projekt \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime fiskale q\u00eb favorizojn\u00eb subjekte t\u00eb caktuara dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur detyrimet tatimore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shehaj n\u00ebnvizoi se Durana u promovua si nj\u00eb zon\u00eb inovacioni dhe model i ngjash\u00ebm me \u201cSilicon Valley\u201d, por se n\u00eb realitet \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb \u201cpark virtual\u201d pa infrastruktur\u00eb fizike dhe pa realitet zhvillimor. Ai ngriti pyetje t\u00eb forta rreth shmangies s\u00eb pages\u00ebs s\u00eb TVSH-s\u00eb p\u00ebr subjektet e regjistruara n\u00eb Durana Park, duke argumentuar se kjo do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb hetohet nga autoritetet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/span><\/p>\n
