Projekti nis nga zona pran\u00eb <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Amfiteatri i Durr\u00ebsit<\/span><\/span> dhe shtrihet deri n\u00eb bulevardin historik \u201cEpidamn\u201d, i njohur ndryshe si Rruga Tregtare q\u00eb zbret nga Bashkia drejt Portit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"936\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c7mimet aktuale t\u00eb referenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr Durr\u00ebsin i p\u00ebrkasin vitit 2018, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb mesin e vitit t\u00eb kaluar qeveria njoftoi nj\u00eb rishikim n\u00eb rang vendi, me rivler\u00ebsim m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr zonat bregdetare. Vlerat e hedhura p\u00ebr konsultim publik gjat\u00eb ver\u00ebs s\u00eb shkuar p\u00ebr Durr\u00ebsin arrijn\u00eb deri n\u00eb 124 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb, ose rreth 1,280 euro p\u00ebr met\u00ebr katror p\u00ebr banesat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"938\" data-end=\"1103\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Megjithat\u00eb, kjo vler\u00eb mbetet ndjesh\u00ebm m\u00eb e ul\u00ebt se \u00e7mimet aktuale t\u00eb tregut n\u00eb zon\u00ebn qendrore t\u00eb qytetit, ku shtrihet edhe projekti q\u00eb ka nxitur reagimin e banor\u00ebve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1423\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas agjentit imobiliar Artjon Barjamaj, \u00e7mimet n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimet e reja pran\u00eb zon\u00ebs variojn\u00eb rreth 2,500 euro p\u00ebr met\u00ebr katror q\u00eb n\u00eb faz\u00ebn fillestare, me tendenc\u00eb rritjeje gjat\u00eb vijimit t\u00eb punimeve.
