Rama tha se vendimi p\u00ebr pezullim cenon jo personin, por funksionin dhe institucionin q\u00eb ai drejton. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas tij, kur pezullohet nj\u00eb minist\u00ebr, bllokohet puna e gjith\u00eb ministris\u00eb, pasi ajo nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet dhe t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb normalisht n\u00eb vendimmarrjen e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave.<\/span><\/p>\n
