Komunat me shumic\u00eb serbe n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u2013 Mitrovica e Veriut, Leposaviqi dhe Zubin Potoku \u2013 kan\u00eb votuar p\u00ebr t\u2019u t\u00ebrhequr nga Asociacioni i Komunave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb premten, pasi duan t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb asociacioni t\u00eb ve\u00e7uar t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe n\u00eb vend.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e dyt\u00eb q\u00eb ato votojn\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, pas votimit t\u00eb 18 dhjetorit t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por, votimi i dhjetorit ishte shpallur i paligjsh\u00ebm nga ministri n\u00eb detyr\u00eb i Administrimit t\u00eb Pushtetit Lokal, Elbert Krasniqi, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb parregullsive procedurale, pasi, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, propozimi ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb nga kryetar\u00ebt e komunave.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cKjo praktik\u00eb bie ndesh me Ligjin p\u00ebr Vet\u00ebqeverisjen Lokale (neni 47.2), i cili p\u00ebrcakton se vet\u00ebm an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e kuvendit kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb shtimin e pikave n\u00eb rendin e dit\u00ebs gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs, dhe at\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje urgjente me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi publike\u201d,<\/em> kishte shkruar Krasniqi n\u00eb Facebook pas votimit t\u00eb dhjetorit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ai e kishte kritikuar List\u00ebn Serbe se me k\u00ebt\u00eb votim po synonte \u201cnxitjen e ndasive nd\u00ebrmjet komuniteteve, p\u00ebr\u00e7arjen, mosbesimin dhe tensionet, duke treguar munges\u00eb gatishm\u00ebrie p\u00ebr t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuar me komunat e tjera n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Asociacionit\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vendimi i ri i s\u00eb premtes duhet t\u2019i d\u00ebrgohet Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Administrimit t\u00eb Pushtetit Lokal p\u00ebr aprovim, pasi ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb organi kryesor mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs i komunave.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mitrovica e Veriut, Leposaviqi, Zve\u00e7ani dhe Zubin Potoku u udh\u00ebhoq\u00ebn nga kryetar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb nga maji i vitit 2023 deri n\u00eb zgjedhjet e tetorit 2025, pasi p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e List\u00ebs Serbe kishin dh\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00ebheqje n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 2022, si pjes\u00eb e nism\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb serb\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u2019i braktisur institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb shenj\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtimi ndaj vendimeve t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e kryetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, k\u00ebto komuna iu bashkuan Asociacionit t\u00eb Komunave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ver\u00ebn e vitit 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lista Serbe e kishte kund\u00ebrshtuar asokohe an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe n\u00eb t\u00eb, duke vler\u00ebsuar se vendimi nuk ishte marr\u00eb \u201cn\u00eb dobi t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve dhe ishte i paligjsh\u00ebm\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Asokohe pati reaguar edhe presidenti i Serbis\u00eb, Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq, duke vler\u00ebsuar se komunat me shumic\u00eb serbe duhet t\u00eb ishin pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb asociacioni t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe, p\u00ebr themelimin e t\u00eb cilit Kosova dhe Serbia u pajtuan disa her\u00eb gjat\u00eb dialogut t\u00eb tyre n\u00ebn nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin e Bashkimit Evropian.<\/span><\/p>\n
