N\u00eb dat\u00eb 24.01.2026, rreth or\u00ebs 20:30, n\u00eb lagjen Pavar\u00ebsia, Vlor\u00eb, pas nj\u00eb konflikti p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, shtetasi Fjodor Edmond Zeqo, i dat\u00eblindjes 27.02.1978, lindur dhe banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ka plagosur me arm\u00eb t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb (thik\u00eb) shtetasin Ilir Suloti, i dat\u00eblindjes 08.09.1981, lindur dhe banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I d\u00ebmtuari ndodhet n\u00eb Spitalin Rajonal t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, ku po merr ndihm\u00ebn e nevojshme mjek\u00ebsore.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
