Vendimi vjen n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb shtys\u00eb t\u00eb re tregut t\u00eb automjeteve elektrike, pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb ndjeshme t\u00eb shitjeve vitet e fundit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Programi, i cili do t\u00eb ket\u00eb efekt prapaveprues nga fillimi i k\u00ebtij viti dhe do t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb deri n\u00eb vitin 2029, synon t\u00eb forcoj\u00eb industrin\u00eb gjermane dhe evropiane, por pa vendosur barriera mbi origjin\u00ebn e prodhuesve, tha ministri i Mjedisit, Carsten Schneider.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cUn\u00eb nuk shoh ndonj\u00eb dyndje masive t\u00eb prodhuesve kinez\u00eb, as n\u00eb shifra dhe as n\u00eb rrug\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ne po p\u00ebrballemi me konkurrenc\u00ebn dhe nuk po vendosim kufizime,\u201d deklaroi ai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fondet e v\u00ebna n\u00eb dispozicion pritet t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin blerjen ose lizingun e rreth 800 mij\u00eb automjeteve t\u00eb reja. Subvencionet do t\u00eb orientohen kryesisht drejt familjeve me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb ul\u00ebta dhe t\u00eb mesme, me mb\u00ebshtetje financiare q\u00eb varion nga 1,500 deri n\u00eb 6,000 euro, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb madh\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb familjes dhe nivelit t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave t\u00eb tatueshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skema do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb gjithashtu automjetet hibride \u201cplug-in\u201d q\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00ebn nj\u00eb prag t\u00eb caktuar emisionesh, si edhe modelet \u201crange-extender\u201d, ku bateria mund t\u00eb karikohet p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb gjeneratori me l\u00ebnd\u00eb djeg\u00ebse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr nj\u00eb program t\u00eb ri subvencionimi ka qen\u00eb e fort\u00eb nga ana e industris\u00eb, q\u00eb prej nd\u00ebrprerjes s\u00eb papritur t\u00eb skem\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebparshme n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2023. Ky vendim \u00e7oi n\u00eb nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie prej 27 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb shitjeve t\u00eb automjeteve elektrike me bateri n\u00eb vitin 2024, megjith\u00ebse tregu ka shfaqur shenja rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjeje m\u00eb pas. N\u00eb vitin 2025 u regjistruan rreth 545 mij\u00eb automjete t\u00eb reja me bateri, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se n\u00eb vitin 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Qasja e Berlinit bie n\u00eb kontrast me politikat e disa vendeve t\u00eb tjera evropiane. N\u00eb Mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e Bashkuar, nj\u00eb program i ngjash\u00ebm subvencionimi p\u00ebrfshinte kritere q\u00eb n\u00eb praktik\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtonin prodhuesit kinez\u00eb, shkruan <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/6ce89cf8-83fd-4e05-ae14-8a396df07df0\">Financial Times<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Megjithat\u00eb, prodhuesit kinez\u00eb kan\u00eb nisur t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb terren n\u00eb tregun gjerman, pavar\u00ebsisht tarifave kund\u00ebr subvencioneve t\u00eb vendosura nga BE-ja. Pjesa e tyre e tregut mbetet ende e kufizuar krahasuar me prodhuesit vendas.
