Sipas tij, Bashkimi Europian parashikon periudha tranzitore, por k\u00ebto nuk p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb detyrimin p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbushjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb standardeve n\u00eb fund t\u00eb tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"988\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cDisa nga sfidat jan\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht komplekse dhe t\u00eb r\u00ebnda.
