Kosova duhet ta ratifikoj\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen me Bashkimin Evropian p\u00ebr Planin e Rritjes – sapo ta formoj\u00eb Kuvendin e ri – n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb filloj\u00eb t\u2019i pranoj\u00eb miliona euro nga kjo paket\u00eb financiare p\u00ebr vendet e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, tha t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i Komisionit Evropian (KE).<\/span><\/p>\n

Kosova ishte nd\u00ebr t\u00eb parat q\u00eb e miratoi agjend\u00ebn e reformave n\u00eb vitin 2024, por nuk ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u2019i g\u00ebzoj\u00eb t\u00eb hollat p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb Kuvendi funksional p\u00ebr ta ratifikuar marr\u00ebveshjen formale me bllokun.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb n\u00eb interes t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb ratifikimi t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohen plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb ofron Plani i Rritjes, n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs s\u00eb saj<\/em>\u201d, tha z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi<\/span><\/p>\n

Kosova pritet ta b\u00ebj\u00eb Kuvendin e ri n\u00eb jav\u00ebt n\u00eb vijim, pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb parakohshme parlamentare t\u00eb 28 dhjetorit, t\u00eb cilat i fitoi bindsh\u00ebm L\u00ebvizja Vet\u00ebvendosje, partia n\u00eb pushtet e kryeministrit n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, Albin Kurti.<\/span><\/p>\n

Partia e Kurtit i fitoi 57 vende dhe pritet t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb tret\u00eb kat\u00ebrvje\u00e7ar.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr ratifikimin e marr\u00ebveshjes n\u00eb fjal\u00eb me BE-n\u00eb, nevojiten 80 vota n\u00eb Kuvendin me 120 ul\u00ebse, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton se jan\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme edhe votat e opozit\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pa ratifikimin e marr\u00ebveshjes, Kosova nuk mund t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr pages\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Plani i Rritjes \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb paket\u00eb financimi e BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr gjasht\u00eb vendet e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor \u2013 Kosov\u00ebn, Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, Malin e Zi, Serbin\u00eb dhe Bosnje e Hercegovin\u00ebn \u2013 me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrafrimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre ekonomive me standardet evropiane.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nga pakoja, 2 miliard\u00eb euro jan\u00eb fonde t\u00eb pakthyeshme, nd\u00ebrsa 4 miliard\u00ebt tjer\u00eb jepen n\u00eb form\u00ebn e kredive t\u00eb volitshme. Kosov\u00ebs i kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb hise rreth 900 milion\u00eb euro \u2013 q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se p\u00ebr kok\u00eb banori \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesja m\u00eb e madhe e k\u00ebtyre mjeteve.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 ratifikimit t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes, Kosova duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush gjithashtu hapave brenda afateve t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara p\u00ebr t\u2019i pranuar t\u00eb hollat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ajo e ka p\u00ebrgatitur agjend\u00ebn reformuese bazuar n\u00eb rekomandimet paraprake t\u00eb trupave t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa reformat n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e rendit dhe t\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb ligjit kan\u00eb jan\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar mjete nga ky Plan.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb rast se ndonj\u00eb hap nuk p\u00ebrmbushet brenda afatit t\u00eb caktuar, p\u00ebrfituesit i jepet mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrmbushin at\u00eb ende brenda periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb ashtuquajtur \u201cperiudh\u00eb shtes\u00eb\u201d, sipas z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb bllokut.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb dy vjet p\u00ebr hapat q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbusheshin n\u00eb dhjetor 2024 dhe nj\u00eb vit p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb hapat q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushen n\u00eb qershor 2025 dhe m\u00eb pas.<\/span><\/p>\n
