Prokuroria Speciale e Kosov\u00ebs ka ngritur aktakuz\u00eb ndaj 21 personave p\u00ebr masakr\u00ebn n\u00eb Re\u00e7ak, ku m\u00eb 15 janar 1999 u vran\u00eb 45 civil\u00eb .<\/span><\/p>\n

Ndaj O.S.,R. M., K.J., G.R., ZH.T., B.J., M.L., R.M., D.GJ., B.M., D.J., M.SH., D.A., S.V. , B.M., Z.S., M.J., G.P., D.N., \u00c7.A., u ngrit aktakuz\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201ckrim i luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr popullat\u00ebs civile\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ata akuzohen se gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb operacioni t\u00eb forcave policore serbe, vran\u00eb 42 civil\u00eb n\u00eb Re\u00e7ak t\u00eb Shtimes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prokuroria ka propozuar q\u00eb gjykimi ndaj tyre t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb munges\u00eb, meq\u00eb ata jan\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb paarritsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr organet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1998-1999, t\u00eb akuzuarit, si pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb s\u00eb ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb, Brigad\u00ebs \u201c243 t\u00eb Mekanizuar\u201d, Armat\u00ebs s\u00eb III- t\u00eb, e njohur si \u201cKorpusi i Prishtin\u00ebs\u201d, si dhe pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, \u201ckan\u00eb kryer edhe trajtim \u00e7njer\u00ebzor, shkat\u00ebrrim t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb, d\u00ebbim masiv dhe spastrim etnik t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb civile\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prokuroria tha se t\u00eb pandehurit e kishin rrethuar fshatin Re\u00e7ak nga vendet e quajtura \u201cPishat\u201d, \u201cG\u00ebshtenjat\u201d dhe \u201c\u00c7esta\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb pas, sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, ata e kishin granatuar fshatin, kishin kryer kontrolle sht\u00ebpi m\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, dhe kishin ndar\u00eb burrat nga grat\u00eb dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, duke i detyruar q\u00eb t\u00eb largoheshin nga fshati, \u201cnd\u00ebrsa burrat e ndaluar i ekzekutuan\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

At\u00ebbot\u00eb, si pasoj\u00eb e k\u00ebtij operacioni t\u00eb forcave serbe, af\u00ebr 20 mij\u00eb civil\u00eb t\u00eb fshatrave Re\u00e7ak, Topill, Petrov\u00eb, Kraisht, Mullapolc, Dremjak ishin d\u00ebbuar nga sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre, tha Prokuroria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjykimi n\u00eb munges\u00eb, q\u00eb Prokuroria Speciale ka k\u00ebrkuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, mund\u00ebsohet n\u00eb\u00a0Kosov\u00eb<\/a>\u00a0pas ndryshimeve n\u00eb Kodin e Procedur\u00ebs Penale, t\u00eb b\u00ebra m\u00eb 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, gjykime t\u00eb tilla mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhen vet\u00ebm me kushtin q\u00eb prokuroria dhe gjykata t\u2019i ken\u00eb shteruar t\u00eb gjitha mjetet p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar pranin\u00eb e t\u00eb akuzuarit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por, ky Kod p\u00ebrcakton se personat q\u00eb gjykohen n\u00eb munges\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rigjykim pa kushte, kur t\u00eb arrestohen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dokumentimin e krimeve t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb Re\u00e7ak e kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb William Walker, i cili m\u00eb 1999 kishte sh\u00ebrbyer si shef i Misionit Verifikues t\u00eb Organizat\u00ebs p\u00ebr Siguri dhe Bashk\u00ebpunim n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb (OSBE).<\/span><\/p>\n

Pas masakr\u00ebs s\u00eb Re\u00e7akut, n\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit 1999, NATO-ja i sulmoi caqet ushtarake policore n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pas 78-dit\u00ebsh t\u00eb sulmeve, bombardimet u nd\u00ebpren\u00eb m\u00eb 10 qershor 1999, me miratimin e Rezolut\u00ebs 1244 t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrhyrja e NATO-s n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, kishte mund\u00ebsuar edhe kthimin n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 800.000 refugjat\u00ebve, personave t\u00eb zhvendosur brenda dhe jasht\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb luft\u00ebn e zhvilluar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb m\u00eb 1998\/99, jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb mbi 13.000 civil\u00eb dhe mij\u00ebra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb zhdukur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Af\u00ebr 1.600 persona vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb ende t\u00eb pagjetur \u2013 pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e tyre shqiptar\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitet e fundit, Kosova e ka rritur numrin e aktakuzave n\u00eb munges\u00eb p\u00ebr krime lufte gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit.<\/span><\/p>\n
