Shqip\u00ebria ka alokuar n\u00eb vitin 2024 rreth 0,3% t\u00eb Prodhimit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm Bruto p\u00ebr aktivitetet e k\u00ebrkimit shkencor dhe zhvillimit, sipas statistikave t\u00eb publikuara p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb nga Instituti i Statistikave (INSTAT) sot .<\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat tregojn\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb financimit publik p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkimin dhe inovacionin, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur k\u00ebto fusha konsiderohen ky\u00e7e p\u00ebr rritjen afatgjat\u00eb dhe konkurrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb ekonomike t\u00eb vendit<\/span><\/p>\n

Pjesa d\u00ebrrmuese e fondeve t\u00eb buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar te institucionet e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar 54,7% t\u00eb totalit t\u00eb financimeve p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkim dhe zhvillim. Pas tyre renditet sektori qeveritar me 43,8%, nd\u00ebrsa OJF-te kane p\u00ebrfituar vet\u00ebm 1,5% t\u00eb fondeve t\u00eb alokuara.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas klasifikimit t\u00eb objektivave socio-ekonomike (NABS), mbi gjysm\u00ebn e fondeve, 52,6% jan\u00eb orientuar drejt \u201cp\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb njohurive\u201d, p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebrkimit dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb financuar nga universitetet. Ky orientim tregon se prioriteti kryesor i financimit publik mbetet mb\u00ebshtetja universiteteve, m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa zhvillimi i k\u00ebrkimit t\u00eb aplikuar apo projekteve t\u00eb lidhura drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me sektor\u00ebt ekonomik\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e INSTAT-it tregojn\u00eb gjithashtu se fusha si arsimi, energjia, bujq\u00ebsia, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsia dhe teknologjia industriale marrin vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb relativisht t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb fondeve totale, nd\u00ebrsa investimet n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr transportin, telekomunikacionin dhe infrastruktur\u00ebn mbeten t\u00eb kufizuara.<\/span><\/p>\n

Struktur\u00eb aktuale e financimit nuk shkon n\u00eb projekte t\u00eb orientuara nga nevojat konkrete t\u00eb zhvillimit ekonomik dhe shoq\u00ebror.<\/span><\/p>\n

INSTAT klasifikon \u201cK\u00ebrkimi dhe Zhvillimi (K&Zh)\u201d nj\u00eb pun\u00eb kreative dhe sistematike e nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb stokut t\u00eb njohurive, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb njohurit\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimin, kultur\u00ebn dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar aplikacione t\u00eb reja nga njohurit\u00eb e fituara.<\/span><\/p>\n

K\u00ebrkimi shkencor p\u00ebrfshin pun\u00ebn kreative dhe hulumtimin origjinal t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb mbi baza sistematike p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar njohuri t\u00eb reja, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb njohurit\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimin, kultur\u00ebn dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e p\u00ebrpunuara nga INSTAT lidhen me parashikimet e buxhetit, jo me shpenzimet n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit kalendarik.<\/span><\/p>\n
