N\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb p\u00ebr POLITICO, Rama tha se pas takimeve konstruktive me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e platform\u00ebs s\u00eb mediave sociale, pala shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb e k\u00ebnaqur me rezultatin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"576\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cE kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb partneritetin dhe shpresoj q\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00ebt ose muajt n\u00eb vijim do t\u2019ia zbulojm\u00eb planin popullit shqiptar, si\u00e7 e premtuam\u201d, u shpreh Rama.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"1031\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kryeministri theksoi se ishte \u201cshum\u00eb i befasuar\u201d nga reagimi i TikTok pas vendimit fillestar t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr ndalimin e platform\u00ebs. \u201cSepse n\u00eb fillim, p\u00ebr shkak se ishte normale t\u00eb mendonim se ata do t\u00eb na luftonin, ata do t\u00eb hakmerreshin ndaj nesh, do t\u00eb na ngacmonin. I takova vet\u00eb dhe mbeta shum\u00eb i impresionuar nga q\u00ebndrimi i tyre. Ata po i d\u00ebgjonin me shum\u00eb kujdes pikat tona\u201d, tha Rama p\u00ebr POLITICO, n\u00eb margjinat e Samitit BE\u2013Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1100\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">TikTok nuk iu p\u00ebrgjigj menj\u00ebher\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb POLITICO-s p\u00ebr koment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1511\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shqip\u00ebria vendosi ndalimin e platform\u00ebs n\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit 2025, pas rreth nj\u00eb viti bisedimesh me TikTok mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e dhun\u00ebs dhe abuzimit online, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb raste vet\u00ebvrasjesh q\u00eb besohet se lidhen me ngacmimin n\u00eb rrjet. Vendimi erdhi pas vrasjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb 14-vje\u00e7ari jasht\u00eb nj\u00eb shkolle, pas nj\u00eb konflikti t\u00eb nisur online, \u00e7ka e shtyu qeverin\u00eb t\u00eb urdh\u00ebronte bllokimin e aksesit n\u00eb versionet desktop dhe aplikacion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1874\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Megjithat\u00eb, ky vendim u shoq\u00ebrua me reagime t\u00eb forta nga opozita dhe organizatat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, t\u00eb cilat e cil\u00ebsuan ndalimin si akt censure dhe kufizim t\u00eb shprehjes politike n\u00eb internet. Deputeti i opozit\u00ebs Agron Gjekmarkaj deklaroi m\u00eb her\u00ebt p\u00ebr POLITICO se Rama po e p\u00ebrdorte ndalimin p\u00ebrpara zgjedhjeve t\u00eb majit p\u00ebr t\u00eb dob\u00ebsuar pranin\u00eb e opozit\u00ebs online.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1876\" data-end=\"2086\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I pyetur n\u00ebse ndalimi ishte efektiv n\u00eb frenimin e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb shkolla, Rama u p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cKa qen\u00eb efektiv n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieje me TikTok-un dhe n\u00eb sjelljen e disa masave mbrojt\u00ebse q\u00eb nuk ekzistonin.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2088\" data-end=\"2213\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas raportimeve t\u00eb mediave lokale, ndalimi pati pak ndikim n\u00eb uljen e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb shkolla apo n\u00eb frenimin e dhun\u00ebs dixhitale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2215\" data-end=\"2637\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, Rama p\u00ebrjashtoi mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb kufizime t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb mediave sociale nga t\u00eb miturit, nj\u00eb debat q\u00eb po zhvillohet aktualisht n\u00eb disa vende t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2215\" data-end=\"2637\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cK\u00ebto jan\u00eb budallall\u00ebqe.
