Osmani ka theksuar se Kosova ka kontribuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive n\u00eb vlerat europiane dhe, sipas saj, n\u00ebse kriteri baz\u00eb mbi merit\u00ebn do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej, Kosova do t\u00eb ishte tashm\u00eb lider n\u00eb rajon. \u201cEdhe pse procesi \u00ebsht\u00eb kompleks p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pes\u00eb vendeve q\u00eb nuk e njohin Kosov\u00ebn, ne shpresojm\u00eb q\u00eb shpejt do t\u00eb jemi n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. Bashkimi Evropian nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm popullsia e Kosov\u00ebs, por kjo ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi strategjike p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb kontinentin,\u201d ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Osmani.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ajo gjithashtu ka vler\u00ebsuar progresin e vendit n\u00eb sundimin e ligjit, duke u bazuar n\u00eb indekset nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, ku Kosova renditet e para n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb p\u00ebr sundimin e ligjit dhe e treta n\u00eb bot\u00eb p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr krimit dhe korrupsionit. Presidentja ka p\u00ebrmendur gjithashtu sukseset n\u00eb reformat ekonomike dhe administrative, duke theksuar se Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e avancuara n\u00eb rajon n\u00eb k\u00ebto fusha, edhe pse ka ende disa \u201cdetyra sht\u00ebpie\u201d p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrfunduar.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb lidhje me politik\u00ebn e jashtme dhe sigurin\u00eb, Osmani ka deklaruar se Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb 100% n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me politikat e Bashkimit Evropian, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb sanksionet ndaj Rusis\u00eb dhe masat kund\u00ebr keqb\u00ebr\u00ebsve t\u00eb bot\u00ebs per\u00ebndimore. Ajo ka theksuar se k\u00ebto rezultate tregojn\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtimin e institucioneve kosovare n\u00eb avancimin e standardeve europiane dhe p\u00ebrgatitjen e vendit p\u00ebr integrim t\u00eb plot\u00eb n\u00eb BE.<\/span><\/p>\n
