Nj\u00eb interpelanc\u00eb u zhvillua sot n\u00eb Kuvend mes ministit t\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs, Turizmit dhe Sportit, Blendi Gonxhja, dhe deputetes s\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, Ina Zhupa, me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb fundit, lidhur me projektin TID n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs dhe ndikimin e tij n\u00eb banor\u00ebt e zon\u00ebs s\u00eb prekur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deputetja Zhupa akuzoi qeverin\u00eb se projekti sjell shpron\u00ebsimin e mbi 70 familjeve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, sipas saj, jan\u00eb pronar\u00eb t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm dhe po p\u00ebrballen me nj\u00eb \u201cmasak\u00ebr urbanistike\u201d q\u00eb rrezikon t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb identitetin historik t\u00eb qytetit.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cQyteti 3 mij\u00ebvje\u00e7ar po shkat\u00ebrrohet. Keni sjell\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt pushtuesish n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs. Si e hartuat k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt? A u konsultuat me banor\u00ebt? Si mund t\u00eb zhvillohet turizmi duke shkat\u00ebrruar trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e qytetit?<\/em>\u201d, deklaroi Zhupa, duke theksuar se banor\u00ebve u ka ardhur vet\u00ebm letra e shpron\u00ebsimit pa asnj\u00eb proces konsultimi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ministri Blendi Gonxhja hodhi posht\u00eb akuzat, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se projekti synon rikualifikimin urban t\u00eb zon\u00ebs arkeologjike A n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs dhe integrimin e amfiteatrit antik n\u00eb nj\u00eb park t\u00eb madh arkeologjik. Sipas tij, procesi \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb profesionale dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjin.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cTID Durr\u00ebs synon restaurimin dhe rikualifikimin urban t\u00eb zon\u00ebs. \u00c7do familje e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb shpron\u00ebsim do t\u00eb d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblehet sipas vler\u00ebs s\u00eb tregut. Asnj\u00eb objekt historik nuk do t\u00eb humbas\u00eb<\/em>,\u201d u shpreh ministri Gonxhja.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ai shtoi se projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb hartuar nga nj\u00eb ekip italo-shqiptar ekspert\u00ebsh dhe se fondet p\u00ebr restaurimin dhe nd\u00ebrhyrjet arkitektonike kapin mbi 11 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb<\/strong> nga AADF, buxheti i shtetit dhe donator\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gonxhja theksoi se Bashkia e Durr\u00ebsit ka kryer matje reale t\u00eb pronave p\u00ebr t\u00eb sakt\u00ebsuar titujt e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe se Gjykata Administrative ka rr\u00ebzuar t\u00eb gjitha padit\u00eb kund\u00ebr VKM-s\u00eb s\u00eb shpron\u00ebsimit, duke i hapur rrug\u00eb vazhdimit t\u00eb projektit.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, dy pal\u00ebt mbet\u00ebn n\u00eb q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta.
