Edi Rama ka hallin se \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb radh\u00eb. Pas Lubis\u00eb\u2026 e keni marr\u00eb vesh q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ndar\u00eb dosja dysh, dosja e Lubis\u00eb dhe e Ram\u00ebs.
