Kreu i PD-s\u00eb Berisha ka akuzuar ashp\u00ebr kryeministrin Rama lidhur me deklarat\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit se Komisioni i Venecias e konsideron joproporcional pezullimin e zv.kryeministres Belinda Balluku.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kryedemokrati tha se sipas Venecias, pezullimi nuk e cenon Kushtetut\u00ebn dhe \u00e7do deklarat\u00eb e Ram\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mashtrim i r\u00ebnd\u00eb nga kryeministri.<\/span><\/p>\n
