Ata nuk kryenin kontrollin n\u00eb terren p\u00ebr gjendjen faktike t\u00eb kafsh\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa dyshohet se merrnin shuma nga 10 deri n\u00eb 50 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr \u00e7do aplikim, me q\u00ebllim kualifikimin e fermer\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk plot\u00ebsonin kriteret p\u00ebr subvencione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"1155\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb operacionit, Gjykata e Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb ka vendosur masat e sigurimit \u201cPezullim nga detyra\u201d dhe \u201cDetyrim paraqitjeje\u201d p\u00ebr 9 t\u00eb dyshuarit:<\/span><br data-start=\"1025\" data-end=\"1028\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Andrea Miha, Julian Zgura, Entela Gjata, Ermal Ibri, Dritan \u00c7ela, P\u00ebrparim Rustemi, Bruno Berberi, Endrit Ferati dhe Fatos Ibi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1382\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas hetimeve paraprake, veprimtaria e tyre ka shkaktuar nj\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm ekonomik n\u00eb buxhetin e shtetit.
