Qeveria e Shri Lank\u00ebs, pasi nuk ishte n\u00eb gjendje ta shlyente kredin\u00eb, ia dor\u00ebzoi portin Kin\u00ebs n\u00eb menaxhim p\u00ebr 99 vjet n\u00eb vitin 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas organizat\u00ebs Just Finance, CCCC ka shkelur disa ligje gjat\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb autostrad\u00ebs E-763 n\u00eb Serbi (n\u00eb korridorin 11), q\u00eb lidh Beogradin me Detin Adriatik. Kjo kompani nd\u00ebrton prej vitesh disa nga projektet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha infrastrukturore n\u00eb Serbi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si pjes\u00eb e konsorciumit CRIC&amp;CCCC, ajo mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb rind\u00ebrtimin dhe modernizimin e linj\u00ebs s\u00eb shpejt\u00eb hekurudhore Beograd\u2013Subotic\u00eb, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs u rind\u00ebrtua stacioni hekurudhor i Novi Sadit, \u00e7atia prej betoni e t\u00eb cilit u shemb m\u00eb 1 n\u00ebntor 2024, duke shkaktuar vdekjen e 16 njer\u00ebzve.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fa-container\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ajo nd\u00ebrtoi edhe 31 kilometra t\u00eb autostrad\u00ebs \u201cMillosh Veliki\u201d, seksionin Prelin\u00eb\u2013Pozheg\u00eb, punimet e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs jan\u00eb shtyr\u00eb disa her\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kontrata, n\u00eb vler\u00eb 450 milion\u00eb euro, u mor pa tender, p\u00ebrmes marr\u00ebveshjeje direkte me shtetin, nd\u00ebrsa financimi u sigurua p\u00ebrmes kredis\u00eb s\u00eb Bank\u00ebs kineze Exim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb vitin 2021, CCCC angazhoi si n\u00ebnkontraktor guroren Slovac, n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb Zvonko Vesellinoviq dhe Millan Radoi\u00e7iq, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pak muaj m\u00eb von\u00eb u fut\u00ebn n\u00eb list\u00ebn e sanksioneve t\u00eb SHBA-s\u00eb, p\u00ebr lidhje me rrjete korrupsioni dhe krim t\u00eb organizuar nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">CCCC-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb kompania m\u00ebm\u00eb e China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), e cila ishte kryend\u00ebrtues i seksionit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb autostrad\u00ebs malazeze Bar\u2013Bolare, 41 kilometra t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, q\u00eb i kushtoi Malit t\u00eb Zi rreth 900 milion\u00eb euro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrtimi, i shoq\u00ebruar nga vonesa t\u00eb shumta, zgjati shtat\u00eb vjet, me munges\u00eb transparence dhe probleme fiskale e mjedisore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat BE-ja ka paralajm\u00ebruar disa her\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mali i Zi mori kredi nga Exim Banka kineze p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt.
