Ofert\u00eb \u201ce dyshimt\u00eb\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAta m\u00eb propozuan nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje\u201d, tha shefi i Romtehnica, Razvan Mincu, p\u00ebr Radion Evropa e Lir\u00eb. \u201cNe do t\u00eb merrnim municion nga Kazakistani dhe do t\u2019ua rishisnim atyre\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por, Mincu tha se oferta iu duk \u201ce dyshimt\u00eb\u201d dhe kishte refuzuar propozimet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas nj\u00eb raporti t\u00eb prokuror\u00ebve rumun\u00eb, Isaila i ishte afruar nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsi duke tentuar q\u00eb ta korruptonte ministrin e Mbrojtjes, Ionut Mosteanu, q\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00ebsonte marr\u00ebveshjen.<\/span><\/p>\n

REL-i ka biseduar me nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsin, politikanin Octavian Berceanu, i cili u b\u00eb sinjalizues dhe b\u00ebri 17 incizime t\u00eb fshehta p\u00ebr organet e rendit gjat\u00eb takimeve t\u00eb tij me Isailan.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cKjo ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me nj\u00eb grup q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb sjell\u00eb municione ruse apo t\u00eb llojit rus n\u00eb Rumani, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt m\u00eb pas mund t\u00eb eksportohen n\u00eb Bullgari e prej aty n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb. Sipas transkriptove, Isaila gjithashtu sugjeroi se nj\u00eb skem\u00eb e ngjashme ve\u00e7se ishte zbatuar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, dhe tha se t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cu b\u00ebn\u00eb miliarder\u00eb brenda nat\u00ebs\u201d. Ministria e Mbrojtjes n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe autoriteti kund\u00ebr korrupsionit nuk iu p\u00ebrgjigjen pyetjeve t\u00eb REL-it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ministri rumun i Mbrojtjes, Mosteanu, publikoi n\u00eb rrjetet sociale se \u201cnj\u00eb person u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb blinte ndikimin tim me nj\u00eb milion euro p\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb me Romtehnica.
