Nj\u00eb debat i ashp\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar sot n\u00eb Komisionin e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme dhe t\u00eb Mbrojtjes, ku deputeti i Partis\u00eb Demokratike dhe n\u00ebnkryetar i komisionit, Klevis Balliu, akuzoi ministren e Brendshme, Albana Ko\u00e7iu, p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb rendit dhe siguris\u00eb publike n\u00eb vend.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cKrimi i organizuar sot kontrollon \u00e7do cep t\u00eb vendit,<\/em>\u201d deklaroi Balliu, duke theksuar se nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb gjitha raportet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare flasin p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb si nyje t\u00eb trafikut t\u00eb kokain\u00ebs, policia e shtetit nuk kap asnj\u00eb gram<\/em>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas tij, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb prova m\u00eb e qart\u00eb se strukturat e rendit \u201cjan\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll t\u00eb kartel\u00ebve dhe jo n\u00eb luft\u00eb me ta<\/em>\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ai iu referua raportit t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb Departamentit Amerikan t\u00eb Shtetit (DASH), duke theksuar se \u201ckorrupsioni dhe krimi i organizuar e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb cenueshme ndaj pastrimit t\u00eb parave<\/em>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cJu nuk ktheni p\u00ebrgjigje p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, sepse s\u2019mund t\u00eb flisni p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sistem q\u00eb e keni nd\u00ebrtuar vet\u00eb,<\/em>\u201d u shpreh Balliu, duke akuzuar ministren Ko\u00e7iu p\u00ebr heshtje dhe p\u00ebr \u201cmbrojtje politike t\u00eb grupeve kriminale<\/em>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Deputeti demokrat solli n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje edhe raportin e fundit t\u00eb OSBE-ODIHR, ku p\u00ebrmendet p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrja e krimit t\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb proceset zgjedhore.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPam\u00eb me syt\u00eb tan\u00eb se si n\u00eb Vor\u00eb policia nuk guxonte t\u00eb afrohej, nd\u00ebrsa banda e Xhabaft\u00ebve ushtronte presion mbi qendrat e votimit,<\/em>\u201d tha Balliu, duke shtuar se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cshembulli m\u00eb i qart\u00eb i kapjes s\u00eb shtetit.<\/em>\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Ai nuk kurseu as drejtuesit e policis\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrmendur konkretisht Ilir Prod\u00ebn, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin tha se \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb krimit dhe jo n\u00eb luft\u00eb me t\u00eb<\/em>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas Balliut, raportet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare konfirmojn\u00eb r\u00ebnien e siguris\u00eb publike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDy polic\u00eb me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn grad\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn rrug\u00eb \u2014 nj\u00ebri me skaf 200 mij\u00eb euro, tjetri mezi paguan qiran\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb imazhi real i nj\u00eb sistemi t\u00eb kalbur nga korrupsioni,<\/em>\u201d tha ai.<\/span><\/p>\n

Duke iu referuar Indeksit Global t\u00eb Krimit t\u00eb Organizuar 2025, Balliu theksoi se \u201cShqip\u00ebria ka sh\u00ebnuar rritje t\u00eb ndjeshme t\u00eb ndikimit t\u00eb grupeve kriminale dhe t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb kriminalitetit n\u00eb rajon.<\/em>\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb portin e Durr\u00ebsit nuk kapet prej vitesh asnj\u00eb gram kokain\u00eb. Jan\u00eb autoritetet e vendeve partnere q\u00eb kapin tonelata t\u00eb t\u00ebra q\u00eb dalin nga portet tona,<\/em>\u201d vijoi deputeti demokrat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Balliu ngriti gjithashtu \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb kullave n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe n\u00eb qytete t\u00eb tjera, duke e lidhur at\u00eb me pastrimin e parave.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cVet\u00ebm 22% e financimit t\u00eb tyre vjen nga bankat. Pjesa tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb para e zez\u00eb q\u00eb po pastron sistemin financiar. Banka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb bleu 800 milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebr t\u00eb frenuar r\u00ebnien e monedh\u00ebs europiane, kjo tregon se paraja e pist\u00eb po mbyt ekonomin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa 20% e shqiptar\u00ebve jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb varf\u00ebri ekstreme dhe 41% jan\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtim social,<\/em>\u201d tha ai.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb debatit, Balliu l\u00ebshoi nj\u00eb akuz\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb politike.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSot, bandat nuk fshihen m\u00eb, ato kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues n\u00eb Parlament dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do hallk\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit.
