Hetimi duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb informacionit nd\u00ebrmjet operator\u00ebve t\u00eb tregut, si dhe vler\u00ebsimin e ndikimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb sjelljen tregtare dhe ekonomike t\u00eb kompanive t\u00eb sigurimit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Projektrezoluta k\u00ebrkon gjithashtu q\u00eb AMF t\u00eb propozoj\u00eb masa konkrete p\u00ebr rikthimin e konkurrenc\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb treg dhe p\u00ebr forcimin e transparenc\u00ebs dhe mbrojtjes s\u00eb konsumator\u00ebve, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjithashtu, k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me organet e tjera ligjzbatuese, AMF t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebn dhe funksionimin e subjekteve apo operator\u00ebve t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb algoritme ose platforma digjitale, p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilave mund\u00ebsohet koordinimi i \u00e7mimeve, ndarja e tregut dhe shp\u00ebrndarja e t\u00eb ardhurave sipas p\u00ebrqindjeve nd\u00ebrmjet kompanive t\u00eb sigurimit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sigurimi i brendsh\u00ebm TPL ngelet shtylla kryesore e tregut t\u00eb sigurimeve n\u00eb vend. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga AMF, p\u00ebr 9-mujorin 2025 primet e shkruara bruto nga ky produkt arrit\u00ebn n\u00eb 10.5 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, n\u00eb rritje me 14% krahasuar me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb viti m\u00eb par\u00eb. Ato soll\u00ebn 56.6% t\u00eb primeve t\u00eb shkruara bruto n\u00eb tregun e sigurimit t\u00eb jo-jet\u00ebs, n\u00eb rritje nga niveli prej 54.7% i nj\u00eb viti m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ndarja e tregut t\u00eb sigurimit t\u00eb detyruesh\u00ebm motorik p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb ndaj pal\u00ebve t\u00eb treta \u00ebsht\u00eb pothuajse e pandryshuar edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb vit. P\u00ebr 9-mujorin 2025, tregu i k\u00ebtij produkti kryesohet nga Sigal, me 20.64% t\u00eb primeve t\u00eb shkruara bruto, nga 20.6% q\u00eb mbante nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb. Ndjek Eurosig, me 15.19% (nga 15.25% nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb) dhe Sigma, me 14.59% (nga 14.6% nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb). Edhe p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb e tjera, ndryshimi i pjes\u00ebs s\u00eb tregut \u00ebsht\u00eb i pap\u00ebrfillsh\u00ebm krahasuar me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb viti m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00c7mimet e sigurimit TPL jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebraf\u00ebrta p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha kompanit\u00eb. Nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb ndodh edhe pas hyrjes n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb rregullores s\u00eb re, q\u00eb parashikon diferencimin e tarifave sipas disa faktor\u00ebve rreziku.
