N\u00eb raport me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb t\u00eb 2024-s indeksi \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur 16.5%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rritja e \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb apartamenteve n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb rezulton se \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar pas periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb pandemis\u00eb s\u00eb Covid-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2023, indeksi arriti 251.16%, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb 2024 kaloi mbi 276%, duke regjistruar nj\u00eb rritje vjetore prej 33.2%, nj\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb lartat n\u00eb tregun e pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme, sipas matjeve t\u00eb \u201cKeydata\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Deri n\u00eb qershor 2025, e llogaritur nga indeksi \u201cKeydata\u201d \u00e7mimi mesatar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb met\u00ebr katror apartament arriti 1,830 euro. \u00c7mimi mesatar \u00ebsht\u00eb llogaritur mbi baz\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnash p\u00ebr \u00e7mimet e apartamenteve ekzistuese, pra p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara 5, 10 apo 15 vite m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb apartamenteve t\u00eb reja. \u00c7mimi mesatar i apartamenteve n\u00eb 20 vite \u00ebsht\u00eb gati trefishuar krahasuar me vitin 2005.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb 2024 Shqip\u00ebria u rendit gjithashtu nd\u00ebr vendet q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar rritjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7mimeve n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, sipas raportit \u201cP\u00ebr indeksin e pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme 2025\u201d i hartuar nga kompania nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare \u201cDeloitte\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb raport theksohej se \u00e7mimi mesatar i shitjeve t\u00eb apartamenteve n\u00eb vend arriti 1,620 euro p\u00ebr met\u00ebr katror. Krahasuar me 2023 \u00e7mimi mesatar u rrit rreth 17%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb raport Shqip\u00ebria renditej e dyta pas Polonis\u00eb p\u00ebr rritjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb shitjes s\u00eb pronave.
