{"id":768150,"date":"2025-10-28T18:15:44","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T17:15:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/?p=768150"},"modified":"2025-10-28T18:15:44","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T17:15:44","slug":"beleri-reforma-ne-drejtesi-deshtim-shqiperia-nuk-mund-te-jete-ne-paradhomen-e-be-se","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/index.php\/2025\/10\/28\/beleri-reforma-ne-drejtesi-deshtim-shqiperia-nuk-mund-te-jete-ne-paradhomen-e-be-se\/","title":{"rendered":"Beleri: Reforma n\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsi, d\u00ebshtim \u2013 Shqip\u00ebria nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb paradhom\u00ebn e BE-s\u00eb","gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"text"}]},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-768152\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1761671014_fredibeleri-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1761671014_fredibeleri-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1761671014_fredibeleri-768x433.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.hashtag.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1761671014_fredibeleri.jpg 780w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eurodeputeti Fredi Beleri ka l\u00ebshuar kritika t\u00eb forta ndaj situat\u00ebs politike dhe institucionale n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, gjat\u00eb fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb tij n\u00eb takimin e 20-t\u00eb t\u00eb Komitetit Parlamentar t\u00eb Stabilizim-Asocimit BE\u2013Shqip\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Ai deklaroi se Shqip\u00ebria nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme p\u00ebr integrim dhe se reforma n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi ka d\u00ebshtuar, duke njollosur t\u00eb gjitha aspektet e sistemit gjyq\u00ebsor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cShqip\u00ebria nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb paradhom\u00ebn e BE-s\u00eb, kur parat\u00eb e shtetit p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb vota dhe krimi i organizuar ka p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues n\u00eb Parlament\u201d<\/em> \u2013 tha Beleri, duke iu referuar gjetjeve t\u00eb raportit t\u00eb ODIHR p\u00ebr zgjedhjet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ai theksoi se reforma n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, e nisur me ambicie nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, ka rezultuar e pap\u00ebrmbushur: <em>\u201cVendimet e gjykatave nuk respektohen, qytetar\u00ebt ndihen t\u00eb pambrojtur dhe drejt\u00ebsia vonon deri n\u00eb 15 vite\u201d<\/em> \u2013 u shpreh ai.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Beleri kritikoi edhe procesin e dixhitalizimit t\u00eb pronave, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se vet\u00ebm 60% jan\u00eb regjistruar dhe se shumica e pronar\u00ebve ende nuk i kan\u00eb marr\u00eb tokat e tyre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Ai solli si shembull situat\u00ebn n\u00eb Finiq, ku sipas tij vet\u00ebm 20% e banor\u00ebve kan\u00eb par\u00eb regjistrimin digjital t\u00eb pronave.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Eurodeputeti k\u00ebrkoi q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb realisht kriteret e integrimit dhe t\u00eb garantoj\u00eb trajtim t\u00eb barabart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha pakicat, duke theksuar se ka ende shum\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cDua t\u00eb them se jam shum\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur q\u00eb jam k\u00ebtu, dhe se dua t\u00eb kontribuoj me gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb mundem. Dua t\u00eb them q\u00eb \u00ebndrra \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtare e BE-s\u00eb. Kam jetuar gjysm\u00ebn e jet\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe gjysm\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Greqi, kam jetuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb BE dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend jo an\u00ebtar t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb absolutisht e nevojshme q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian. Por shum\u00eb nga gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb jan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb, nuk pasqyrojn\u00eb realitetin e vendit. Realiteti \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ODIHR. Shqip\u00ebria nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb paradhom\u00ebn e BE, pasi tregojn\u00eb se parat\u00eb e shteti p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb vota. Krimi i organizuar ka p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e vet\u00eb n\u00eb Parlament. Pra nj\u00eb vend nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb futet n\u00eb BE, kur nj\u00eb reform\u00eb q\u00eb filloi me shum\u00eb ambicie, 10 vite m\u00eb von\u00eb, duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshtim dhe t\u00eb gjitha aspektet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare jan\u00eb njollosur. Nuk mund t\u00eb respektojm\u00eb vendimit e gjykat\u00ebs, shum\u00eb qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e ndjejn\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykata nuk jep drejt\u00ebsi dhe q\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia t\u00eb vendoset, kukohet 10 deri n\u00eb 15 vite. Ju kryetar that\u00eb q\u00eb 60% e pronave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve jan\u00eb dixhitalizuar, por u desh\u00ebn gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto vite q\u00eb toka t\u00eb iu kthehet pronar\u00ebve dhe shumica nuk iu jan\u00eb kthyer.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>P\u00ebr sa i takon pakicave, ka gjithashtu probleme, ato nuk kan\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb trajtim t\u00eb barabart\u00eb. Vet\u00ebm 20% e banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Finiqit kan\u00eb par\u00eb regjistrimin e tokave t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb form\u00eb digjitale.
