N\u00eb raport me buxhetin fillestar 2025, fondet p\u00ebr Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit u shkurtuan me 1 miliard lek\u00eb, rreth 10 milion\u00eb euro ose 1.6%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kjo r\u00ebnie vjen n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur sistemi arsimor p\u00ebrballet me nevoja t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr investime n\u00eb mjedise m\u00ebsimore, staf dhe programe t\u00eb reja studimore, nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr arsim cil\u00ebsor po rritet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Edhe Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb ka sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb ulje t\u00eb fondeve, ndon\u00ebse m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb. Ndryshimet e fundit reduktuan nj\u00eb shum\u00eb prej 336 milion\u00eb lek\u00ebsh, ose rreth 3.4 milion\u00eb eurosh, nj\u00eb tregues i munges\u00ebs s\u00eb politikave t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb nj\u00eb sektor ku k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbime jan\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb larta. N\u00eb raport me buxhetin fillestar, fondet p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsin\u00eb u reduktuan me 0.5%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, Ministria e Energjis\u00eb dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs (MIE) \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfituesja m\u00eb e madhe e rialokimit buxhetor, me nj\u00eb rritje prej mbi 6.1 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh, ose rreth 60 milion\u00eb euro m\u00eb shum\u00eb. N\u00eb raport me ndryshimet e muajit qershor, fondet p\u00ebr Ministrin\u00eb e Infrastruktur\u00ebs u rrit\u00ebn me 9%, nd\u00ebrsa me buxhetin fillestar 1.6%. P\u00ebrqendrimi i fondeve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb z\u00eb tregon prioritetin e qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar investimet n\u00eb projektet infrastrukturore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, Ministria e Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb ka p\u00ebrfituar nj\u00eb rritje modeste prej 331 mij\u00eb eurosh, ose 2%, duke reflektuar nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb leht\u00eb p\u00ebr sektorin rural, por pa nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm n\u00eb raport me nevojat e sektorit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat tregojn\u00eb nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme t\u00eb n\u00ebnfinancimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve sociale dhe orientim drejt rritjes s\u00eb shpenzimeve p\u00ebr investime infrastrukturore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vendet e zhvilluara ve\u00e7ohen nga t\u00eb tjerat p\u00ebr investimet e larta n\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi, arsim dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi n\u00eb kapitalin njer\u00ebzor, si investimet m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00eb pak investime n\u00eb arsim dhe n\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi p\u00ebrkthehen n\u00eb kosto sociale p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb.
