N\u00eb nj\u00eb postim n\u00eb rrjetet sociale, Shehu akuzon mazhoranc\u00ebn se, p\u00ebrmes 22 amendamenteve t\u00eb fundit, po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb \u201cmaskoj\u00eb thelbin e ligjit\u201d, q\u00eb sipas tij p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb \u201catentat ndaj struktur\u00ebs tradicionale t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c22 amendamentet e PS, t\u00eb detyruara nga reagimi i fort\u00eb i opinionit publik, komuniteteve fetare dhe qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, nuk jan\u00eb asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshehur thelbin e ligjit,\u201d shkruan Shehu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas tij, projektligji rrezikon t\u00eb legalizoj\u00eb nj\u00eb model t\u00eb ri shoq\u00ebror t\u00eb bazuar mbi \u201cshum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebri gjinore fluide\u201d, duke shkelur parimet tradicionale t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare q\u00eb njohin vet\u00ebm dy gjini \u2013 mashkull dhe fem\u00ebr.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deputeti thekson se ligji nuk e p\u00ebrmend qart\u00eb konceptin e dy gjinive t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb lindje, duke hapur rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr njohjen e identiteteve gjinore alternative, si transgjinor, gjinor fluid apo jogjinor (non-binary).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cKy projekt-ligj shemb kolonat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe rrezikon t\u00eb ardhmen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve tan\u00eb,\u201d shton Shehu, duke paralajm\u00ebruar p\u00ebr futjen e koncepteve t\u00eb komunitetit LGBT+ n\u00eb sistemin arsimor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shehu e quan t\u00eb pamjaftueshme nd\u00ebrhyrjen e PS-s\u00eb me amendamente dhe k\u00ebrkon rr\u00ebzimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb nism\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e cil\u00ebson si \u201ct\u00eb pakorrigjueshme dhe t\u00eb papranueshme p\u00ebr vlerat mbi t\u00eb cilat q\u00ebndron familja dhe shoq\u00ebria\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
