Benko, dikur nj\u00eb nga njer\u00ebzit m\u00eb t\u00eb pasur t\u00eb Austris\u00eb, themeloi Signa Holding n\u00eb vitin 2000, por grupi i ngarkuar me borxhe u shp\u00ebrb\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2023 n\u00eb procedurat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb falimentimit n\u00eb historin\u00eb e vendit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kreditor\u00ebt, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ata n\u00eb Emiratet e Bashkuara Arabe dhe Tajland\u00eb, thuhet se po k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb miliarda euro nga Signa, portofoli i gjer\u00eb i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs p\u00ebrfshinte dikur Kull\u00ebn Chrysler t\u00eb Nju Jorkut dhe disa zinxhir\u00eb prestigjioz\u00eb dyqanesh n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Benko, 48 vje\u00e7, u akuzua se kishte fshehur asete n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej rreth 660,000 euro n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb kreditor\u00ebve gjat\u00eb procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb falimentimit. N\u00eb gjyqin dy-ditor n\u00eb qytetin e Insbrukut, Benko u shpall fajtor p\u00ebr akuz\u00ebn e mashtrimit me falimentimin pasi i kishte dhuruar 300,000 euro n\u00ebn\u00ebs s\u00eb tij n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2023. Gjykata e shpalli at\u00eb t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr akuz\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb, nj\u00eb pages\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar paradh\u00ebnie prej rreth 360,000 eurosh p\u00ebr qiran\u00eb dhe shpenzimet operative t\u00eb nj\u00eb vile, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn prokuror\u00ebt e kishin cil\u00ebsuar si “ekonomikisht t\u00eb pajustifikueshme”. D\u00ebnimi mund t\u00eb apelohet. Benko, 48 vje\u00e7, ndodhet n\u00eb paraburgim q\u00eb kur u arrestua n\u00eb vil\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb Insbruk n\u00eb janar.
