Vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb nga ministrja e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme, Albana Ko\u00e7iu, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me drejtorin e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, Ilir Proda, si reagim ndaj rritjes alarmante t\u00eb aksidenteve q\u00eb lidhen me k\u00ebto mjete.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"882\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas drejtorit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, Ilir Proda, vet\u00ebm gjat\u00eb vitit 2024 jan\u00eb regjistruar 991 raste aksidentesh t\u00eb shkaktuara nga monopatinat elektrike, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb fatalitete dhe d\u00ebmtime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda fizike.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"1096\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cP\u00ebrdorimi i monopatinave po paraqet rrezik t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb publike. Prandaj, q\u00eb nga dita e h\u00ebn\u00eb Policia e Shtetit do t\u00eb nis\u00eb nj\u00eb operacion komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr ndalimin e qarkullimit t\u00eb tyre,\u201d deklaroi Proda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1336\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ministrja Ko\u00e7iu theksoi se ndalimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrsa paralajm\u00ebroi se s\u00eb shpejti do t\u00eb hartohen rregulla t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e monopatinave, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1534\">\n<li data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1397\">\n<p data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1397\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kufizime n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt dhe hap\u00ebsirat ku mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1434\">\n<p data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1434\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mosh\u00eb minimale p\u00ebr drejtuesit;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1497\">\n<p data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1497\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pajisje mbrojt\u00ebse t\u00eb detyrueshme, si kaska dhe ndri\u00e7ues;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1534\">\n<p data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1534\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shpejt\u00ebsi maksimale t\u00eb lejuar.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1538\" data-end=\"1784\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cK\u00ebrkojm\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptimin e qytetar\u00ebve dhe i b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje atyre q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb t\u00eb investojn\u00eb n\u00eb dh\u00ebnie me qira t\u00eb monopatinave, t\u00eb mos e b\u00ebjn\u00eb, pasi lejimi i tyre n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen do t\u00eb jet\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim personal\u201d, u shpreh ministrja Ko\u00e7iu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"2134\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shqip\u00ebria nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi vend q\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me problematika t\u00eb tilla.
